I had communicated with Harold via email previous to our appointment last night. He explained everything and did what was necessary for our best interest. It was definitely a learning experience; and pleasant as well! I’m really glad that we are now clients of Jackson Hewitt and Harold.

Jacob was awesome! They took us on the same day we called, he was fast, professional. Answered all our questions. Didn’t overlook anything. Got our taxes done and told us what our refund was on the spot. Emailed our receipt and printed out all put paperwork for us. Thanks Jacob!!

They are 5 star service with some great promotions!! Until April 12th they are running a Switch & Get $100 Walmart Egift card (fee must be a minimum of $150) for y'all out there thinking about switching to a new company to do your taxes. After you get your tax return done they give you a thing called refer-a-friend and they will pay you $50 for each person that you refer to them to get their tax return done....Isn't that cool!!!! High recommend them!!!!

Love the drop off option. Then you can run other errands and just wait for the phone call that your taxes are done and you can stop by to review and sign.

Harold work with me to make sure that I got everything that I needed for the tax refund and was very understanding.
