The purchase in the showroom was quick, informative, and low-pressure. Delivery was fast and inexpensive, and they took away the old mattresses at low cost.

More important was the service. We ordered the wrong size. The delivery team called the warehouse and arranged for the same style of mattress in a different size to be put on another truck. We got the replacement the same day, only a few hours after the original delivery. It was quick, easy, and painless. Plus, the mattresses themselves are great. Thanks!

I have not yet actually purchased a mattress from this location but will be doing so in the near future. I ALWAYS buy my mattresses at the Original Mattress Factory. I started when living in the Cleveland, Ohio area and have never had a bad experience with them. One time I decided I did not like the top of my mattress so they took it back to the factory and re-did it for me.The only reason I am getting a new mattress right now is because I am getting a queen size and moving other mattress to guestroom.

Super experienced, polite, and professional staff. They know their product inside and out, literally. They have patience and are NOT pushy at all. They want you to have all the information needed to make a decision. I highly recommend if you are shopping for a mattress.
