My wife and I went to this wonderful sandwich shop. We were very pleased with the quality and wonderful taste of our meal.
The restaurant was clean, the crew was quick and courteous. Delicious food,great staff and a clean restaurant. Come in and check it out!

It’s muy first time here, in a cold day I was starving for a soup and as many people have experienced, Panera failed again so I stopped at Potbelly. I ordered a Chicken pot pie bowl for five dollars and it’s delicious!!! I asked for some bread on the side and they gave me a crunchy hot bread that I wish I had asked for more! So good! Staff is super friendly as well. Will come back!

Tonight was my first time inside of the store . A nice young man name Ryan was very friendly and helpful. This place was nice and clean . I will definitely be back

Came here to work on a project for a few hours with a co-worker and had a fantastic first experience thanks to Trey 😂 Really nice guy who made ordering fun

Best sandwich in town! Toasted to perfection and staff is very friendly. Abdul was beyond and amazing. I have never seen someone as nice as him since ever. Give this man a raise!!!

I had a simple tuna sandwich on wheat bread, skinny. I was in the mood for this and I was tired of waiting to be seated just next door at Panera. The Rochester location was empty and I don’t understand that. The sandwich was excellent and far better then the vanilla brand of fair served at Panera.

The bread had a crunchy submarine length and was a rustic wheat that was baked in the shop. It rocked.

I will be back. I like it when on a simple sandwich a place gets the details correct. I ordered mine with onions, lettuce and tomato.

I go there every once in a while for dinner during work and they always give me the best service. Ryan and his other crewmembers are always very kind and helpful. Great place to eat at

This place is great! The food is always perfect, but the staff really takes it up a notch. Phenomenal service every time, quick and simple.

Love it! Food is great. Lots of choices and unique combinations. They even cater to someone like me, a Vegetarian! I get the Mediterranean with no feta cheese or chicken, and a cup of vegetable soup. Most times I get a bag of Baked Lays Potato chips too. I drink unsweetened iced tea...and it's a complete meal. Oh, and the service is superb! Everyone is friendly and even have started to remember my order because my husband and I go to Potbelly's for lunch on both Saturday and Sunday. One of my favorite places to eat! 😁

The food was way better than I remember. Highly recommend. I will be back. The actual drive through though, in Rochester, is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Good luck not scraping your car door or having to get out...the whole wall under the window has dozens of scrapes.

My new go to since Panera has failed the last 3 times I've been there. Potbelly drive thru is quick and accurate. The soup is less$ and better tasting. Success!

What else to say but great! I have never had a bad Potbelly's sandwich. Staff was great and are always poliet. It may cost a little more than your average McDonald's, but you get what you pay for. Also has a drive thru!

I'm a fan of Potbelly's, so needless to say I was thrilled when this location opened near my house. Stopped in for a sandwich for the first time and everything was great. Friendly crew, relaxed atmosphere and good grub. What's not to like?

Good food, pricing is very fair. They have quite a few options and their menu is expanding as well. Definitely recommend for a relatively inexpensive lunch.

I purchased vegetable soup and a chicken sandwich it was delicious ordered on line and picked up in the drive through. Everything I needed was in the bag. I will return to this restaurant.

The one by my house closed and I went there almost everyday. Found this one and tried it and I couldn't tell a difference. Worlds best sub and pot pie soup. I cannot wait till next time in around there to have again!
