I gave a positive rating solely based on the efficiency and staff interaction. There were instances where I would submit my payment late by a few days and I’d get a friendly reminder via phone call, the staff was always polite and never aggressive.

The associate was very kind and the service was great and affordable. I will definitely rent again if needed.

Super happy renting here. Full disclosure, I’m a corporate client - but truthfully they don’t treat any patron differently. I have been a tenant for about 5 years and never had a problem. The manager has always been friendly, professional, flexible, and very outgoing. Recently requested to relocate my dock height unit to make navigating my truck into the space easier and she happily moved me a few doors down. Zero complaints and nothing but positive things to say about this place!

The staff is very helpful and professional. The facility and units are well maintained and its easy to get in and out with the app.

Lissette was incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. She made the process easy to understand. There was no question of what I was signing up for. It was my first storage rental and I left confident that I had made the right decision in choosing Cubesmart and I trust them as a company overall. I’m happy they offer both a lock and insurance for purchase, because it makes me feel like my items will be safe while in storage. Did I already mention how awesome Lissette was? Because she totally was! :)

The Store Manager Ashley went above and beyond customer service. I was late first off and she stayed in contact with me and stayed a little later than closing hours to make sure I got my Storage space. I was not scheduled for that day but one day after and she still made accommodations for me which I really appreciate. I cant thank Cube Smart enough for top notch service A+. Highly Recommend.

They were very accommodating. I thought I needed a certain size and Ashley was swift and professional at making a last minute change to fit my families needs. It's also easy to get in and out of, I had a 15' moving truck with a car trailer towed behind and had zero issues.

Great staff! I originally got a locker that was too small and Lissette was able to transfer me to a larger unit quick and easy. Lissette was very kind and helpful. She also let me charge my phone for a bit and offered me a bottle of water because it was hot. Thanks!

Everything has been great about this CubeSmart Self Storage facility. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff who quickly understood our needs and made recommendations for a storage unit. When we filled up that unit during our home move they were able to set us up with a second unit in no time. The storage units are very clean as is the entire facility. Our stuff is secure and access is easy. Would gladly use this place again!

Lisette has been amazing to work with! She is very quick to respond to all my inquiries and changes. She goes above and beyond and that is so rare now a days!! I highly recommend Cube Smart and specifically the East Windsor, CT location!!! ❤❤

Wonderful transaction at this Cubesmart. Lizette was so professional and kind. Carla was there to help as well and explained things in detail.
They showed us two units and let us pick which we preferred.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for storage!

Overwhelming kindness and customer service to me while my life is turned upside down they had made contact with me when a unit became available and the next day i had it the facility is clean but like every good review there is sometimes a little fly in the ointment the door on my unit jammed when i tried to close it but i will make contact today and see if we can resolve it the pricing seems fair and access is simple if you do it right

Lissette was a fantastic customer service representative. She was helpful and kind. My unit needed a new and longer rope to close it and she replaced the rope quickly. I would definitely recommend Cube Smart in East Windsor

There's is only ONE reason why we had a "TEN" experience, and her name is LISSETTE. She is the epitome of professionalism; she's polite, friendly, and knows this business! She was a pleasure to communicate with. We were shocked she wasn't the Manager we were dealing with; she ought to be.

Great experience. Tammy was very helpful and explained the process step by step as we went through the paperwork. We walked out to the unit, She made certain my entry code worked properly and I was set up within 20 mins. I am glad I chose Cube Smart.
