If they had a 6th star, I'd give it to them! They were very nice and very knowledgeable! They were even able to unlock my phone even though half of the screen would not come on! Highly recommend!

So happy I brought my phone in for a screen repair yesterday. I was given a loaner phone after saying I've been almost 2 weeks without a phone. Very helpful. Explained and showed me the damage caused by place that "fixed" my phone in August and took the time to figure out why my phone was saying it wasn't registered to a network (about an hour or so). They also have a 1 year warranty and even put a screen protector on for me. Wish I would have brought my phone here in August instead. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!

Walked in expecting to need a phone repair instead within 30 seconds she pulled a ball of lint out of my charging port and charged me nothing. Great honest service. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome place and knowledgeable staff. I went in because my Samsung Galaxy 22+ was having trouble charging the tech had found the issue within minutes of looking at my phone and was done within 15-20 minutes of arriving. Definitely would recommend.

I needed a battery replacement on an older iphone 6s plus. Called the business late in the afternoon and got a price and made sure they had the proper battery. Showed up the next morning and in less than 30 minutes I was in and out with a new battery installed at a really good price. I had originally looked at another place but would have had to travel out of town because that business here didn't have anyone to work on phones. Kudos to Drop n Fix.

My LG G6 would not take charge reliably.
I tried taking it to Batteries+Bulbs first, they did not fix my brand of LG.
I took it to Drop-N-Fix and they immediatly identified the issue: Damaged Charging Port.
They had the part in stock.
They said they'd have it fixed within the hour
So i left and came back 50m later, it was fixed and they showed it taking charge.

The cost was surprisingly cheap. Only $65 total. The waittime for my only phone was remarkably low. Only 1hr to repair. The service woman was so kind and considerate.

I am so impressed with this Business. I expected to pay ~$100/$150 and wait 2-3 days potentially more when im down here on a trip and didnt have that time. Way better customer experience than any other store. Incredibly happy and will be recommending to all family and friends!

I drive a truck. It broke down and went into the shop, my laptop also crashed at the same time. I went into the best western motel. Called drop n fix, they sent someone to pick up my computer, repaired the problem, recovered my list data from a bad hard drive, down loaded my required programs. Then delivered my lap top back to my motel. These guys are the BEST! I would highly recommend them to everyone. What a great experience! Thanks guys!!

Very honest. I went in to fix the back of my phone and they told me that I wouldn't need to change it unless I wanted to for cosmetics reasons or trading it in. Saved me a couple of hundred dollars.

Great service and quick turn around. They had the parts on hand to fix my phone and I had it back the same day.

They are pretty knowledgeable. My stylus broke in my phone and the guy tried to get it out but couldn't. Didn't charge me nothing. Very friendly
