Had an absolutely great experience last visit to the store with Ciara. She was an IMMENSE help! She laid out all the information we wanted to know in a clear and accurate way. She was not pushy and heard us out completely. We also went on a couple tangents not related to our visit and was pleased greatly with how informative and genuine Ciara was. 100% would/will recommend based solely on my wife and I’s interactions with Ciara.

This store has the most friendliest and helpful staff! Anytime I need help with a bill-related question or to purchase a new phone or tablet, the staff is always willing to help make my trip to their establishment worthwhile. I will always return. Just recently I traveled to the northeast for a vacation in NYC and I called up this Sprint store to get help with recent transaction I had in a different store. Marie and Cyntori were very helpful in assuring me that the other store did the right thing.

The service at this store was amazing. They took the time to go over my bill with me. Especially Brittany she took the time with me to make sure I knew all about the features of my new iphone. Would recommend.
