Came in for a walk-in at the post office hoping to get my passport. Don who works the desk was able to get me out of there within 10 minutes and was very helpful and nice despite me not having an appointment. Excellent service and definitely recommend!

Awesome passport office. You don’t need an appointment but this office is very busy and you need patience. Once I got in things moved quick thanks to Paul and Don’s tag team approach.

I don’t normally write reviews but after being there today, I have to. The man that helped me today, an older gentleman, was the sweetest man I’ve ever met. I was shipping something for the first time and didn’t know what I was doing. He walked me through it and didn’t make me stand in line again as I filled everything out. Even if I stood in the line again, I would’ve gotten back in the front very quickly, there were 3 clerks and they all seemed quick and polite. I even heard someone else come out and say the man who helped her was so nice. Definitely my preferred post office now even though I live 30 minutes away.

Don from the passport department was amazing! So kind, courtesy, and helpful! He took me in as a walk-in when the hours had passed and took time out of his own lunch to help me with my application! Thank you Don!!

I was going to buy postage stamps on line but they would be shipping taking three days. I decided to go to the Post office knowing there would be a Christmas crowd. Got there and two people were ahead of me. A women in the full service line told us there were two more machines in the next room. Went to next room, purchased stamps, saved about 40% and was out in minutes. Not typical.

I just submitted my passport application at this USPS. I was prepared with all required documentation and had a very pleasant experience with Don. He was also very informative on how to prepare my families paperwork as we will be submitting to get their passports this week as well. Needless to say, we will be back.

This is my Favorite Post office in San Diego. They are fully equipped with great products and have a great staff that works as a Team.
We had to get new Passports on a resent visit and had the privilege of being taken care of by Don. He is by far one of the nicest guys you would ever meet. He is very Knowledgeable about the Passport Process and gave us true piece of mind that everything was done right. He had us out the door in less than 30 minutes and the price was right. Thanks again Don for your great service

Don was a LIFESAVER at this post office!! We came in last minute for a passport (totally stressed out) for our toddler and he was so helpful and patient. I printed the paperwork wrong so he reprinted for us. We were in and out and he knew what he was doing. Thank you don!!!!

Wow, great experience. Went in on a Saturday shortly before close to ship a wood working project. Fedex was going to charge me $170 for 7 day shipping and USPS only cost $70 for 2-3 day priority. The gentlemen at the counter were so friendly and helpful. Definitely going here first in the future.

Super easy to set up passport appointment online. Had appointment (took just 10 minutes) on 9/19, and received daughter's passport in the mail exactly 2 weeks later. Very impressed with this turnaround!

Everyone is very friendly. I like seeing Eddie when I drop off eBay sales. I get a discount through eBay to use usps, I get way better service through usps and it’s cheaper… why would I use anyone else ? 🤷🏼‍♂

This post office is so close to my home and work and the staff has always been so helpful and attentive. The parking lot is nice and big and they have a great flow inside so you never have to wait in very long lines.

I think this is the most efficient postal office I have ever seen. When there is a long line, they come to help you to cut the waiting time and to direct you to the right person (if needed) immediately.
People rating this postal office with 2 or lesser stars, should go to Fedex or UPS and pay double or triple, and maybe they'll feel better off then.It is easy to complain, try to do better. The best coaches are always sitting the farest away from the center court.

I don't know what you people are smoking, this place is great. I came in mid-afternoon on a weekday, there were plenty of employees, barely any line most of the time--I was there for a long time--and I was offered help numerous times. The guy at the counter was perfect and processed my postage quickly.

Not sure what the fuss is about.

This is my go to USPS. The lines move fast and the service is exceptional! Time after time, this place provides the friendliest interaction out of all the locations I have been to. Gold standard for USPS.

I have been very happy with this post office. They have been very courteous to me. Sometimes the lines are long, but you have to expect that with so many houses and businesses nearby.

Really liked there automated package delivery machine. All I did was type in the zip code paid for the stamp and boom I’m out of there. Never had a problem with any employee or post office.
