Jude gave me a courtesy call to alert me in advance of a transaction that was maturing. I asked him to make some modifications and changes when the due date occurred. My wife and I recently decided to purchase the vehicle that we had leased for 3 years. We planned on purchasing it directly from the finance company so we wouldn't incur the multitude of charges that the car dealer would apply. Had the privilege of speaking with Candice Davis. I called with a concern of not receiving my statement. She took the time to research my account and reassured me it was sent and I would receive it within a couple days. Not only was she very professional, she was extremely personable and kind. Candice made me feel important and above all she made my day! Signature Federal Credit Union is lucky to have such a person working with them.

What a great experience for our auto loan. The rates can't be beat and the customer service is on point. Daniel made sure we were taking care of from start to finish. I applied for a heloc with Signature FCU and the approval procedure was fairly arduous. If you've ever applied for a mortgage, you know what I mean. Luckily, I had Jason Hong as my mortgage loan processor. He explained which documents to provide (and why they were needed) to move the process along as smoothly as possible. I had plenty questions and Jason fielded them with patience. He was easy to contact and always kept me in the loop with any updates. Very thankful to have had Jason by my side!

I was pleased with my experience getting a HELOC in place with SFU. My loan officer, Eddy, was great and he promptly worked on my application which resulted in everything being closed on ahead of schedule. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions professionally. I’m looking forward to utilizing additional banking services down the road as a result.

Just a quick note. In order to bank with them, you have to become a member. The process itself is very easy, but because they are experiencing a high volume of member applications, just be aware that it may take a little more time for that step to be completed. This doesn’t lower my 5 star review for them. It’s more of a FYI for you to bake additional time into your loan processing time frame if you are not yet a member.

I highly recommend SFCU for all your loan needs. I especially want to commend Jason Hong for taking the time to clearly explain the entire process and providing that Human element that is lacking in most other companies. Well done Jason! I will continue to go back to SFCU for all my financial needs.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Hong on a HELOC loan I was applying for. He was able to get the loan approved, but not without a few roadblocks. He kept working through the process without giving up, and being as creative as he could to secure the loan. Sadly, I think most people would have gave up, but he stuck with it. I can't say enough about his hard work, dedication, and how much he truly cares about his clients. You will not be disappointed if you use Signature FCU, especially if you get the chance to work with Jason.

Signature has so many unique loan products for real estate investors which is amazing but what's even more amazing is my specific loan officer, Eduardo Caicedo - he was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. With a very complicated profile I was so certain no one would be able to get it done for us with our specific situations but Eduardo went above and beyond and was a true investigator to make it happen. I thought I would have a difficult time dealing with the Credit Union on my mom accounts after her passing. But to my surprise, it went better than expected. I started off in messaging and that worked out also. Then in final transactions and closing the accounts I worked with Jude who made things very simple and good communication and very well done professionally. Thank you.

As a new Signature Federal Credit union member I wanted to share an excellent customer service experience I had. A week after I became a member I wanted to do a three month certificate of deposit and a six month certificate of deposit with Signature FCU. I called and spoke with Miriam Jimenez. I explained what I wanted to do, and that I wanted to do the deposits as quickly as possible. She recommended that I wire the money to get the certificates of deposits completed as quickly as possible. She said that she would note my file and would check my account periodically to process the CD’s when the wire came through and the funds were in my account. She even assisted my other credit union with additional information they needed to wire the money directly to Signature FCU. She assured me she would keep an eye out for the funds and would set up the CDs as soon as the wire came through after I emailed her my request for the two CD’s. Several hours after the wire was sent, Miriam called me and left me a voicemail and also emailed me to confirm that she had completed the two certificates of Deposits. In today’s world, where companies are understaffed, and it is difficult to have people follow through and complete what they’re supposed to do, it was wonderful to work with someone like Miriam, who stood by her word, and made sure that my wire came through and she got the correct amounts into the correct certificate of deposit, and when she did not reach me by telephone, even though she left a message, she still emailed me to ensure that I received the message. Thank you Miriam and thank you Signature Federal Credit Union for providing exceptional customer service in a world that doesn’t provide that anymore.

This process was so seamless for my mom! Don was so helpful to my mom and was patient in answering all of her questions. He was responsive and communicated and followed up to keep her going in the process. He is a Gem of an employee!

Worked with Jason Hong on a HELOC. He was good at communicating, and the process was pretty straightforward. Everything went exactly as expected, and I would not hesitant to recommend Jason and the team at Signature FCU, and I plan to work with them again in the future.
