Alex showed up on time. Took apart my dryer and throughly inspected what could be the cause of my dryer not spinning. It turned out that a sock got stuck somewhere preventing the drum from spinning. Alex saved me about $1k because I actually ordered a dryer before deciding to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did and got Alex because the money I saved I can take my wife out for a nice porterhouse steak:) I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism and for not making up things to fix in order to collect more money

UPDATE! Quick Fix is fantastic!!!! Igor is smart, professional, and want the best for his customers. He tested and repaired my dryer with minimal intervention and diagnosed my intermittently leaking refrigerator as a defrost cycle issue and checked a range top I had purchased that was still in the box. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. And he understood when I wanted to wait on the refrigerator repair in case the problem took longer to resurface. When it does he will be my 1st and only choice for that repair as well. It is so nice to know I have a wonderful appliance repairman that is looking out for my best interest. Thank you Quick Fix!!!

Igor was so kind and helpful! I called in the morning and he came to fix my refrigerator within 2 hours of calling. He was able to look at my fridge and had it fixed in 45 minutes! He was also kind enough to look at my electrical outlet and help me get that fixed as well! Saved me time and money calling an electrician.

We needed a washing machine repaired and Igor called me right away and got here within 30 minutes. He did an exceptional job and the problem is fixed. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ll be using him for all maintenance jobs.

Called Quick Fix Tuesday morning, my dishwasher was not filling with water. Josh came out around 3pm. Had it diagnosed and running within 45 minutes or less. I was amazed at his knowledge and professional he is for being such a young man. I am an automotive Tech my self and usually fix my own appliances. After my failed attempt replacing the water inlet valve, which was not the problem, I had to reach out for help, not very common for me. This was the first time I had to have someone fix any of my appliances. I will definitely use Josh at Quick Fix again if needed. Very professional, great price and excellent outcome!!!

This was a great experience if you can say that for an appliance repair! Igor answered my initial call after 2 rings and offered to come out to complete the repair on the same day. He repaired my oven within a 2 hour window and even provided a warranty!

My dryer stopped getting hot in the middle of doing 6 loads. I called them because they had a 5* review. They lived up to it. Egor was here in approx 2 hours after I called. Assessed the problem, in a short time. Fixed it, totally took the dryer apart cleaned the whole inside and was done and gone in less than an hour. Will definitely call again if needed😍

Our dryer stopped heating. Called Quick Fix in the morning, and they came out that afternoon. Had the part needed to fix the dryer on the truck , was able to get it done right away. Alex also went above and beyond by cleaning out our dryer ducts. Our 15 year old dryer is working like brand new!! Thank you Alex! We will be calling again for our next appliance emergency!

My microwave door on a KitchenAid oven/microwave combo was falling apart from an accidental slam. The door was dangerous. Igor fixed it perfectly. It was better than before.

Wait there’s more. As an amateur baker my oven is precious. I replaced the oven racks, the door no longer closed prior to the genius that is Igor. Baking new bread today!!!

Quick Fix is a perfect name for this company. I sent a message on their website after 10 pm on Monday when my dryer went out and requested an appointment. I didn't expect a response to set up the appointment until Tuesday morning but got a response a little after 11 pm that they could come tomorrow between 8-10. I said that is fine but I have an appointment and have to leave my home promptly at 11:15. Igor showed up on time Tuesday morning with the needed part on his truck. My dryer that went out Monday night was up and running by 10:30 Tuesday morning. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs appliance repairs.

Igor was excellent. He was communicative, came on time, and was able to fix both the refrigerator and microwave in about an hour total. He got the parts within 48 hours (most places take weeks). Very happy and highly recommend.
