Great experience in tool rentals. Sam was super helpful, friendly and made a big impact on my day. From making sure I knew how to operate the device I was renting, carrying it out and loading it into my car, and great conversation; Sam really helped kick my project into action.

While I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that I dropped my tool off with, he was just as delightful and a huge contributor to making this whole experience pleasant.

Always a good shopping experience. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive and selection is good. I appreciate the military discount that they offer. Plenty of free parking available.

Stopped in at Lowes to get some Black Cow Manure. They had plenty for only 6.28 a bag. I grabbed 2 bags.

I need to give a huge shout out to Warren! I went to the Buford store to find a grill to surprise my husband. Warren helped me find the perfect grill, spent time walking me through exactly what I needed and gave amazing recommendations. I ended up purchasing the grill that was on the floor but it had a scratch on it. Warren found some paint to touch it up for me and wait for it… after we discovered we were neighbors,delivered it to my home because my truck was too small for the grill. Great customer service is hard to find these days and Warren went above and beyond for me. I told him I’ll be a forever customer because of him! I came away with a beautiful grill, coal, grill cover and grill canopy! We are already talking about him helping us get the materials for building our pergola! I don’t know where you guys found Warren but he is a STAR- we are forever grateful for his amazing customer service! I hope you guys find a way to reward him!

I really loved the garden and plant section here! They had a great selection of clearance plants in both areas, and I ended up leaving with several new plants. I can’t say anything in regards to the rest of the establishment since I really only went to look at the plants, but I was really happy with what I found and the assistance that I got from the employees.

I had ceiling tiles on hold at this store. When I arrived the customer service I received from the front desk to the department employees and the store manager was great. The two men that helped me in this department - Craig was one of them and I don't know the other gentleman's name - were excellent. The store manager even helped me load the boxes into my truck. I will always go back to this store from now on for all of my home improvement needs.

Love shopping at Lowe's! The employees there are so friendly and helpful. I bought plants/flowers for my patio and they are so much healthier and better quality than "that other home improvement store".

We went to the Buford Lowe's location when another location did not have what we needed. We had a fantastic experience at the Buford Lowe's! We purchased some items that required an associate to locate a machine to reach more product from the top rafters. Mitchell was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us get the items we needed. That made our experience a great one because we were able to get everything we needed in this visit! At checkout, we needed some assistance because things were not ringing up correctly or a barcode wasn't scanning. Both Cristal and ONeal helped us at checkout and made sure everything run up correctly. Thank you to those associates who made our trip to the Buford Lowe's a success this weekend! They went above and beyond and it was appreciated!

5 stars here are not about a perfect experience, but about the Appliance department's kindness, respect, and ownership to the point of making a customer happy.

We experienced some issues related to delivery/instalation of some appliances, and were blown away by the customer service we received. We explained the issue to one salesman, who immediately apologized, and found the right person to assist us. Ana was fantastic, patiently listened and made sure she understood our concerns and where things broke down in the process.

Customer service is not a lost art after all.

I actually visit this Lowes often, and it's always clean, and things are easy to find. If I can't find something, employees are always easy to find as well as friendly and knowledgeable.

This review is specifically for the Buford Locations manager, Conrad. I ordered a griddle online that was delivered to my house damaged. After about a month of going back-and-forth with Lowe’s customer service I was finally able to get in touch with Conrad directly. I explained the situation and all of my prior interactions with the customer service department, he was adamant that he wanted to take care of the situation immediately and make it right. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make things as easy as possible on me. I am so grateful for his professionalism, efficiency & kindness. Thank you for the impeccable customer service Conrad!!

I needed to replace a dishwasher in a basement apartment. I was trying to find something mid range to get installed. After going to the other BigBox store and calling other places, I discovered huge lead times in getting anything. Lowe's actually had one in stock and ready to pickup today. They could have installed it before other stores even could get one for me. Thank you for great service! I will be here more often.

I haven't been to Lowes in ages. They had alot of the stuff I needed for better prices than Home Depot. No wonder HDs sales are down.

I would like to thank the 3 people at 1955 Buford Mill Dr 30519 Store 662. Lisa and Todd (I think he was one of the managers), they both helped me and my mother-in-law to find the item we were looking for. We were looking for a vacuum for our swimming pool as our old one is broken and we need it asap so we can make our daughter's birthday happen in a few days. (We went to some shops and they were out) After walking around and asking a few people at Lowe's but no one couldn't help, we finally went to the front with the cashier and asked this young lady (I totally forgot her name) she tried hard to check their computer but she couldn't find it but instead of her saying sorry we don't have it she asked a few more people for help and when she asked Todd he jumped into action and started looking for the item we were looking for. As he looked around the vacuum pool, Lisa appeared and asked what Todd was looking for, and they both immediately looked for the item, they went to the storage in the back, they went everywhere and finally they found it, it was still in the box with the item number. They both just saved my day and my daughter's birthday in a few days. Thank you again for the excellent service. You all went above and beyond. We really appreciate it. And I mean it when I type this feed back. Thanks again. Lisa mentioned Todd was going to another shop to Gainesville. I wish you the best and Success. I want to thank Loyd, I believe he is the customer experience manager. I ordered a 28ft ladder online, it was supposed to be shipped to store. When I went to pick it up, they had sent a 14 ft ladder instead, he made things right and I was able to recieve a 28ft ladder just like the one I ordered. Thank you, now I can get my project done in time.
