My experience was terrific! Rob took such great care of me . The service was exceptional and the work was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Nissan to all of my loved ones. Rob went over everything with me and even reached out to see what options best fit my needs. I love this place. The people are awesome.

Cass Warner greeted me as I had just gotten out of my car. He was so friendly, we talked about what I was interested in looking for. We went to his desk, discussed some options. He asked about car colors, I said anything but silver. He made my whole car buying experience fabulous. I was in and out in 3 hours with my 2023 Rouge. Cass Warner is fantastic. Everyone should see him when buying their next Nissan.

This was my first visit to the dealership since it became Premier. I had always trusted and enjoyed Sutherlin Nissan. This visit was seamless… they knew who I was by my phone number when I called with a question about brakes. The girl on the phone had an opening that afternoon and I was able to get the service done while I waited. Service department was very friendly, had some of the same people, enjoyed the waiting area and got a big concern off my list. Great experience, Premier!

Christian was very courteous and professional. Took care of my purchasing and provided all details needed for my car purchase. Diego was excellent in financing provided options and very detailed. Awesome team.

I visited Premier Nissan on January 3, 2024 for a 100,000 mile tune up, open recalls, and to have air conditioning issue addressed. I had made an appointment and I was impressed with the efficient way I was checked in by Ms. Gigi Gresham. She took time to review each item for the service folks to address and also gave me an estimate before any work was done. Gigi gave me an approximate length of time the work would take also.
I was pleased with the work completed, Gigi's kindness and professionalism, and the timeliness of the work. In addition, Gigi helped me get dim headlights replaced (part ordered and service completed following day) under an extended warranty.
I live closer to another dealership; however, I drive the extra distance because of the amazing service and professionalism of the folks at Premier Nissan! I highly recommend them!

Dealerships are expensive especially when you are older on a fixed income. My latest experience with my car yield a diagnostic fee that would be almost $ 200.00 I had, a similar problem six months before and was upset that this 10 year old car which I was not willing to put possible thousands to get repaired. They were understanding of my circumstance and waived that charge.
As I get older I want to deal with reputable people who would look out for me — and not run game. Thank you

We came to Premier Nissan with a stressful request/repair that had the potential to be very costly when it came to time and money. We had the best service advisor, Gigi, and service manager, Ian, who worked very closely with us to get matters taken care of in record time! As the customer I must point out I played an active role in assisting this process by supplying supporting video of the problem I was experiencing. In addition, due to the complexity of my issue, I immediately started a case with Nissan consumer affairs upon dropping off our vehicle at the local dealership. I recommend this Nissan location because the service was timely, professional, and Gigi and Ian did a great job staying in touch with us throughout the process!

I brought my Nissan Titan for the first time for an oil change. I was so pleased ,because I called in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in their work schedule for the afternoon. I was greeted by Robert which helped me fill out the information . Robert was so professional , polite and pleasant. They performed the work and in only 30 minutes I was out of there . Very, very nice experience

Vinny our sales person was wonderful to work with. He gave a great deal of information about the car. The finance gentleman was very nice as well.

My representative ( unable to recall her name/young/slender) was just terrific. She was very helpful in explaining charges and progress of service. I think she will soon be a manager and Nissan is extremely fortunate to have her as an employee.

Went in today to have spark plugs changed. Had a great experience. Very nice facility and people. I'll definitely be going back for any service my car needs. They did a good job on my car and are very patient and nice about answering any questions I had. Great dealership and great people.

Positive buying experience at Premier Nissan! Friendly and helpful sales staff. Abundant vehicle selection. Relaxed atmosphere. Clean showroom and service center area. I purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. I love the Pathfinder. No regrets! When you visit, ask for sales rep Joshua! I highly recommend.

Unfortunately I ended up with a flat tire on my way to work so you can imagine how frustrating this situation already felt. As soon as I got there the front desk attendant quickly grabbed the man who was supposed to be helping me named Robert and immediately he made me feel like my situation was going to be ok. He made some jokes and just really went above and beyond to help mellow out my chaotic energy and that to me meant everything ….it meant so much I decided to leave this review haha. Thanks Robert, and Gigi, (I wish i remembered the name of the young lady who got Robert for me but she was so nice.) Everyone made me feel really good even in a stressful situation and customer service is a big deal to me so thanks Nissian Mall of Ga team.

It’s a good place. I asked for a ride to MOG and never got one. I waited 2.5 hours for the work to be done on my car (which was expected) and I just sat in the lobby awkwardly.
But they always do good work and I prefer Buford Nissan over Gainesville.

Gigi was an absolute savior in every sense of the word, from the start to the end, on our Service visit. Not only did she keep us up to date on everything going on with the car and the warranty process, but she took the time to check in on us while we were waiting, took care of getting us around when my Fiancee had to work and later us getting back home, and explained everything every step of the way. Compared to the treatment I was used to at a Toyota dealership, or even personal working history from Mercedes Benz, Gigi and Premier Nissan Mall of Georgia took every bias I could've had and blew them away with absolute ease. We can't be more thankful enough for everything y'all did for us!

Sales rep Nikki was amazing. Made it smooth, easy, and did exactly as promised. Ditto to the finance gentleman who assisted us. He was fabulous. Best automobile purchase experience ever and we have purchased many vehicles over the years.

Manny in the sales department is the best! I met him while getting a service change done and told him I was going to be in the market for a new suv in the near future. He and I set up a date and time to meet back up and when I got there he had everything we discussed ready to go! He made the process very smooth and enjoyable! A few days later he even delivered a floor mat directly to my house so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back to the dealership! If you are in the market for a new car I suggest this Nissan be on your list I now have 2 cars from them and love both of them! Just make sure you ask for Manny to take care of you!!

Vinny, Eric, DJ and the entire staff really made the deal sweet. I appreciate the small town feel in a big city deal. A great place to shop and buy. Vinny is the BEST!
