5 stars!! Everything there is 5!! If we could 6 stars I would! I recommend this Tropical Smoothie. Shout out to Jason M for his Amazing Service!

Im giving 5 star review because of one of the workers Jason M who does a fantastic job. I am there daily and he always greets me with a smile and makes sure my order is perfect. I hope someone from this location sees this and promotes him to manager. Its well deserved! I wish I could hire a hundred Jasons!

First time we've ever been to this location yesterday. My children went in with their father they described it as Clean environment but that the people seemed not to like they're job bc they weren't very friendly 😑 😒 🙃 but the smoothies were delicious. Not as good as Smoothie King but in terms of smoothies Tropical Smoothie is our #2 place. This location was good.

Excellent food and polite service. Can't wait to eat here again. Carribean bowl with Sunrise Sunset, Chocolate Chimp and Jetty Punch on our first visit.

The bathroom doesn't lock on the inside, so you might get lucky and get caught with your pants down. The vent on the bathroom door is broken, so look forward to having a crowd take creep shots of you using the bathroom! 5/5 would have a panic bathroom trip again!

this is my favorite tropical smoothie location on Long Island. they never mess up here. other locations aren’t as great. this location gets pretty busy too, so anyone complaining about waiting 10 minutes for a smoothie should learn that patience is a virtue and should make their own smoothies at home. the literal high school KIDS working here do a great job and don’t deserve this rudeness.

It was busy as hell, but they were on top of things! Got my food and smoothies faster than they warned me, and they were delicious! I was hoping to try the watermelon mojito, but the kiwi quencher was good. I had the santa fe quesadilla, and I can recommend it. The salsa was very good!

Wow that place is way too good that's the first time I've ever been there and I know if I want something cold and delicious to drink I'll go there again

Excellent staff!!!!!! I ordered a smoothie that I have never had before because I thought to try something new and the employee prepared it just how it is supposed to be made. After the second sip I realized that this was not a smoothie for me because it tasted too "healthy". So I went back and asked if there is anything they can do and the lady behind the counter gladly took it and asked me what other smoothie would I like and I told her. She prepared it and gave it to me. So even thought they haven't done nothing wrong they switched it for me and I'm a very happy customer now and will make sure to keep that location on the top of my list.

It was a nice cozy place. The atmosphere of the place was tropical. Fun place to go in summer. Great menu items. Kids would enjoy too. Helpful staff and very welcoming place. We had a good time there. Seating area was different than other places. The smoothies were good. I would go there again. Anyone looking for a good healthy option should go there. Service is good too.

From the super energetic waitress to the delicious meal, I'm pleased we stopped in. The savory empanadas were everything. It was "Happy Hour" & the tasty cocktails kept coming.

I enjoy getting a healthy treat from time to time that gives me the felling I am splurging. Love the greenie...so yummy!

Sadly no pictures, but this was hands down some of the absolute best food I've ever had. To try to describe it would be a disservice. You just need to have it for yourself. Everything was fresh, with plenty of healthy options available, and staff was extremely accomadating with allergies and preferences. Honestly, that kind if patience was really refreshing. It absolutely made my morning, and I am definetely coming back here tomorrow to grab some food for the road before leaving the area. I wish there was a place like this close to home! 10/10

First experience with this Chain. Ordered for pickup and the food and smoothie were great! Pleasantly surprised, reasonably priced as well.

The workers are very friendly and attentive if you ask for a drink they give it to you first which is good while you wait for your food although it hardly takes long and is very good highly recommended

The food is freshly made along with the smoothies. Staff is very friendly. I would go back again when I am in the mood for a very tasty smoothie.
