They have the best staff of any starbucks I have ever been to!! Yall as a corporation really need to increase their pay they are always short staff And are doing the jobs of two people. None of that is the staff's fault, It is strictly falls under corporate greed.

Ordered nitro brew when I was 20 minutes away, and the barista was intuitive enough to not make my drink until I arrived. As I walked in he said are you Jeremy I said yep, he asked about my add-ons and said is this all. Both people at the counter were so so friendly.

They wasn't super fast about taking my order but when they did they got it to me quick

Very friendly staff. Great conversation. Made my orders perfectly. Even make sure my mobile order was made when I walked in the door so it was fresh and didn't go flat. How thoughtful!! The highlight to a tough day.

What can I say, it's a Starbucks, it's where you go when you want to hang out with a couple friends and chat, sit down and study, or go on a first date!
I will add, the staff are very friendly and occasionally bring samples to people sitting and working, like this vanilla drink with matcha tea whipped cream!

The new staff is very friendly and they tend to remember my name which never happens. The coffee is always hot and delicious or cold if that's what you prefer. And it's just a really nice atmosphere to have a coffee read a book or do some work. There's plenty of seating inside and outdoor seating which I am always happy when there is outdoor seating. And their restroom is very clean. I would also say this place is probably wheelchair accessible for those of you who need to know that.

I was here yesterday 10/16 around 10am & they were so extremely busy. It wasn’t their fault, obviously. But between all the folks waiting, there were quite a few angry people. I just wanted to applaud the staff for keeping it together while being cheerful and efficient. It was a stressful situation for them but they were all so calm and professional. Hope one of them sees this!

Excellent Starbucks location. Great staff, beautiful space, more options than some other locations. There’s no drive thru, but that doesn’t lessen the quality. From there - it’s Starbucks, so you either love it or not. But as far as corporations go, they seem to actually contribute to the community and treat the staff and customers well.

I live in Indiana, and most of the time when I order on the app, my Carmel ribbon crunch is always out. I work in ky and always get it there,but who wants to drive to KY on the weekends when your off.

Had to meet with some friends, so we stopped here and hung out for about an hour. The barista was super friendly, helped our boys find something that they would like, and the drinks were delicious. Very clean and nice looking inside. One of the best Starbucks in town.

I would first like to say the inside decor is amazing. The staff is friendly and chipper and gets the drinks out pretty quickly. Came here on a postmates run and was just seriously impressed with everything. Great location, a little tricky on the parking but overall great location.

The woman at the counter was so nice to our boys! Please send a thank you to her from us. She was so patient with helping them pick out treats and pay on thier own for the first time. They were thrilled to get an opportunity to spend a little allowance on something sweet and she went out of her way to make it special for them.

They are almost always busy when I go in and do a good job of not getting overwhelmed. The staff is so patient and kind even when customers complain about not getting something fast enough. All the staff does a really great job!

Fast service & friendly staff. Very clean. Drink was made correctly.
