The ambiance was perfect. They have a lot of plants which helped make it feel cozy! The staff was very friendly. I got the spicy mocha latte and boy do they mean spicy! I loved it but beware if you can't handle spice too well.

I love a good cup of pour over! Their pour over was absolutely delicious. It was very smooth and full of flavor whatever the roast was. Great atmosphere for studying or hanging out. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Cute little coffee and tea shop with some baked goods. Busy place this morning but staff moved quickly.

It's always been a 5star place. Staff is always awesome. Bathrooms are always clean and so are the sitting areas. Consistent drinks and tasty snacks (they usually run out fast though lol) makes it the most warm, welcoming, friendly, and relaxing place in all of Chapel Hill.
Come for the coffee ☕

Their latte's are absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back when we visit again.

Great atmosphere which is usually pretty quiet and good for studying. They have really good plain coffee and espresso, and they are one of my favorite places to go for coffee drinks in Chapel Hill. They have really unique and creative flavored coffee and tea drinks as well. They have really good homemade herb syrups with flavors like Rosemary and Mint. They get ninth street bakery baked goods, and I really enjoy their banana bread.

Great and cheap iced Americano, cute shop and nice service, just wish they opened earlier!

I ordered a lavender scented cappuccino (new for us that come from Italy) which was delicious and satisfying. It was creamy and frothy, with a perfect balance of coffee, milk, and lavender. It was really delicious, even though it was almost two years ago, we still talk about it, when we in Italy talk about our time in Chapel Hill. Unique!

Delicious coffee, a friendly staff, and an inspiring space! When you walk in, it feels very light and open, if a little narrow. Ordering coffee here when it is busy may be a little tight with the space, but it is sure worth the wait!

November 2021 - This is my first visit to Perennial coffee and I will definitely be returning! The coffee selection is wide with great autumnal specials and flavors. The staff is very kind and helpful and the interior environment is very clean. Its the perfect place to get some light computer work done with non-intrusive music and other polite guests. 10/10 would recommend!

Yum! I had the perfect Oatmilk vanilla latte here with a pumpkin chai muffin. It was a such a delight to meet the owner. Both items were not overly sweet and the coffee was hot and spot on! I wish they opened earlier but truly this place is a gem.

What a lovely find! It's bright and airy, though a narrow unfinished space. It feels more like a small coffee shop in London, though more welcoming to sit and stay. Staff are chill and the drinks are lovely. Strong coffee. The teas are beautiful and aromatic.

Small cafe tables to sit out front or inside. Upstairs are larger tables and a small patio out back (if it ever cools down enough to do so.

There is a selection of pastries if you're hungry. A great addition to the Chapel Hill coffee scene.
