PJ'S Coffee

This place deserves so much more attention and business than it gets.
While I love the fact it’s not busy (the whole reason why I chose this as my regular study place to begin with), it makes me worry about the future of this location.
I hope it stays open forever.
It’s so calm, peaceful and the seating is great to get work done efficiently with lots of plug-ins.
The drinks are great, too, of course!

We stopped here early Sunday afternoon, excited to try the coffee and beignets. We were immediately greeted and had our order taken-the staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered a Cookie Dough Latte, Butter Rum Latte, and 3 Beignet Bites-Honey, Strawberry, and Original. Everything was prepared quickly. The coffees were piping hot, and the flavors were outstanding. These are among the best I’ve had in this area. The beignets were freshly made, hot, and the strawberry and honey fillings tasted great. The restaurant was nicely decorated, with a wide variety of seating and tables for relaxing or working. We so enjoyed our coffee and beignets and look forward to returning and trying the other flavors. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an excellent coffee shop!

Pleasantly surprised by this place. It smells like sugar and coffee right when you walk in 🤤 The manager was so nice and made sure we were taken care of. A skinny vanilla latte is my go to drink and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back!

Honey brulee iced coffee??!! Yes please! So good 😋 Not overly sweet and very flavorful. Highly recommend. And a Texas sized cinnamon bun too ♥ Very delicious. They also have beignets, so next time. The service was excellent.

I love coming here. The atmosphere and the ambience is relaxing. The beignets are made always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The coffee is a little cheaper than Starbucks. I'm from Louisiana and the coffee and Cafe au lait is spot on. I recommend to order cafe au lait with beignets. I usually come to PJs once a week. The drink below is Mardi Gras Latte.

Had a nice experience here for our first time - a very friendly and helpful staff member helped secure this. We tried a “velvet ice,” praline latte, chocolate croissant, and spinach feta pastry. All were very good. Only thing we weren’t able to try were the beignets because they take a bit of time to prepare and we couldn’t stay long. Will be back to try again!

Love this place they're always so helpful and they have plenty of suggestions for you! If you can pound down some coffee get a flight for yourself otherwise I'd suggest sharing with a friend! They let you try each style off coffee they make and they're all unique! They have teas and lemonades as well! Some baked treats pair perfectly with the artisan coffees. Somewhere you can really relax and enjoy yourself!

Nice place. Very nice staff. My coffee was nothing remarkable but was a solid value. No problems to speak of and would visit again.

Beignets were perfect! Not doughy or too crispy. We asked for sugar on the side since we weren’t going to eat it right away. Customer service was excellent and the place is so cute. Wish they were more visible to the main road other than that I highly recommend this place!

I came through the drive thru after a very rough day and ordered my fav treats…the beignets and frozen hot chocolate. A little context; I had literally been sobbing five minutes before coming here…and I mean ugly crying in public…ugh I know-no one’s fav. But Emily is just the best! She was patient and kind and legit made my day. She made me smile and laugh before I left. Also Best hot chocolate ever and the beignets were perfectly hot and well done. I just want to thank you for the awesome customer service! I can’t really afford it, but the customer service keeps me coming back when I need a pick-me-up! Pj’s never disappoints! Coffee was so great, I drink mine just black… smooth tasty! The Beignets were AMAZING! She made them as I waited. oMG Delicious!

Very beautiful interior, overall a very good place. The owner is very sweet and will acknowledge you and your guests every time. Her employees are definitely happy with where they are. The food is phenomenal and perfect. Definitely better than Starbucks.

Stopped by a few times and each time has been a good experience. The food is decent but the coffee where it's at. Love the options for hot, cold, different milk alternatives and flavors.

I had a black light roast coffee with no cream or sugar and a iced americano with cream and one sugar. For the area I’d rank PJs coffee above Black Rifle,Dutch Bros, and Scooters! Coffee 151 is still the fastest and best in my opinion, but this will
definitely be a stop for me!!!! Glad you are here PJ’s!

I’d like to give “India” recognition going based off the customer service she provided upon entering the building was very welcoming on top of that I had been watching her train a new employee and the time and patience she had shown for this woman shows how she is as an employee to this location. She showed nothing but the highest and superior training for the girl she was training to be able to learn and also gave her little pointers as to how she can do things differently when making a customers drink. I manage over 40+ Guys daily in my line of work and just the fact that she had shown the customer service I look for in my guys was very superior to me. India is a true asset to this company and location! Keep up the good work! Good training techniques will always go along way right along with the good customer service you

The staff was extremely nice and they recommended to try the King Cake Latte and Beignet. The coffee was wonderful and the beignet were the best I had in Fort Worth.

Beignets are super good along with a fantastic option for coffee. The staff of the owner are exceptionally friendly. I enjoy the atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of going to PJ's this morning. I've been waiting since January for them to open. Since I heard. I would like to say that the staff was very polite and kind and had a sense of humor and with my experience at the drive-thru the food was fresh, especially the beignets reminded me of being in New Orleans without the New Orleans feel but taste. I got a side of strawberry dipping sauce and it was very delightful. I do recommend you at least try PJs. There's always something on the menu you would enjoy to all the lovely ladies that work this morning. Thank you for making me laugh. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and it was that laugh that changed my day. See you all soon.

We took a family group of eight for afternoon coffee and beignets - first time there for most of us. Everyone was impressed with the coffee drinks, the cozy atmosphere, and the yummy, freshly made beignets were a hit! It’s nice to find a good coffee shop that is more than just a drive through. We will be back and plan to recommend PJ’s to others. We want to see them succeed! Better signage would help, since it is tucked away from the road.
