Dunkin'

They've really stepped their game up here recently. Used to be I couldn't pull up to the drive-thru without at least a half dozen cars waiting, but they are much more efficient nowadays. Not sure if the place is under new management or something, but whatever changed is working for them!

college students are way to rude in their reviews, have some appriciation for the food and workers.

Drinks were fine but tried to order food and first three things we named, they didn't even serve. Not out of stock, simply that they didn't make those items. It's a TV menu board, go take things off if you don't offer them...

Wait times can be fast or 20 minutes with only 5 people in the line. I know that doesn't make sense but it will.

Very crowded wait was extremely long. Service was efficient when we finally made it to teller.

Convenient location.

Not very efficient. More interested in gabbing to co-workers than service..

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning with my boyfriend. We ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese pancake wake up wraps and two orders of hash browns. EVERYTHING was cold and not cooked. It took 25 minutes for the guy making food to complete our order because he took his sweet old time in a busy on college campus Dunkin’ Donuts. Everything was thrown into the bag not put together correctly. The wake up wraps came two in the same small bag… everything fell apart and got messed up because of the way he packed my food. If you do not like your job, quit and find a new one. I am unsatisfied with my order and will be contacting a higher up in this business. Now I have to take time out of my day to heat up my cold Dunkin donuts food.

Consistent only in getting it wrong every time.

Awful wait time. Consistently waiting 20+ minutes for a single coffee. Today I waited for a coffee for over 30 minutes until I decided to just leave without my order. Rude service. A majority of the staff needs to be fired.

Gave me the wrong order, manager was as disrespectful and un professional as one can be. Guess you can get away with terrible service when you have an endless supply of students throwing money at you. Still loving Dunkin though!

Staff is really rude so is the manager. Went to get my on the go order but they were closed at 745am with no notice anywhere but on the register... I went there to get my coffee but obviously they weren’t open but there was an employee there along with the manager. I asked if I could have my money back and the guys rolling his eyes and flailing his arms? Just wanted a coffee, couldn’t have that so I wanted my money back? Weird.
