So helpful, no pressure, offered alternatives in case I didn’t want to wait on my back ordered item. I changed my payment method and they made it easy to make that happen. The store layout was beautiful and very inviting.

Ahmed worked so hard to get me exactly what I needed for my patio seating area. He was incredibly patient with my coming by the store so many times, and he relentlessly kept making suggestions and presenting options while still staying within my budget until he figured out a successful course of action! And this is not my first purchase at the store. He helped me find a dining group for my patio earlier this year. I am so grateful for all his efforts as well as the support of the rest of the accommodating staff at Chair King at Brodie and 290.

The sales staff, Douglas, was very helpful in giving us a quote for the outdoor furniture that we needed. He was always prompt to respond to our questions and requests. Most of the furniture has a 7-year limited warranty. We are very pleased with their services and products.

Ken helped my husband and I today. He was patient while we were indecisive and helped provide information to guide us toward a decision without being pushy or intrusive. We ordered a set and are now awaiting delivery in a week.

Good experience. Easy in, easy out. Drove about 80 mikes to secure a Wooden Teak Bench. They had it ready to go. I appreciated their attention and assistance with loading the bench. It is beautiful and completes the third part of my three-piece bench project.
