T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I switched over from T-mobile to Sprint not too long ago and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Tiffany, went above and beyond to make my experience at the store wonderful. She made sure that I got the most for my dollar. I’m addition, my bill is very low and my service is great. Every time I have any questions I call up there Tiffany is always willing to help. I encourage any and everyone to switch over to Sprint and visit the Locust Grove store if you haven’t already.

This is a great place for all your phone and service needs, The T-mobile associates are super friendly,knowledgeable, make sure that you are happy with your purchase. They even follow up on you days latter to make sure that you're not having any problems. I've been with a few service providers and rate T-mobile as the best. Thank you Locust Grove T-mobile.

The team at the Sprint store in Locust Grove are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make my upgrade experience a smooth one! They were full of energy and actually pretty fun! Dasia was the associate that assisted me and was assisted by her team members. They were all jumping in to support her to provide exceptional service to me! Job well done!

I was having such a horrible morning until I met Tiffany and Kenya and they most definitely turned my frown upside down!! They were both so polite and very very helpful and understanding!! I really am beyond thankful and grateful to have met these wonderful woman!! Thank you both for helping us receive the good news we needed today y’all have been absolutely delightful

By far the best possible experience I could’ve asked for going into T-Mobile. Sales rep Inez helped me every step of the way and had the upmost professional, friendly, and transparent assistance I could’ve hoped for. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. She made my experience top tier and I would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone!

AWESOME STAFF! Super helpful with every visit. From minor service issues with my phone to helping lower my bill. The store is always clean and very welcoming. Sometimes I travel the extra distance just to get assisted but the lovely team here. Cory and his staff are excellent!😁

Shay was AWESOME!! She was able to get us deals all while keeping an upbeat attitude after keeping her and Alejandro there an hour past closing time. So sorry for that but my boyfriend and I thank you. We also came back to get watches and her buddy Alejandro was there to help us out! What a great team

I called for information on a new SIM card while stuck in traffic….. Tiffany the store manager and Alejandro saved me almost an hour from being stuck in traffic on how to replace the old sim into the new phone. Thank you thank you! Best service over the phone… ever!

My Family went in to the Sprint with a huge mess from At&T and Tiffany jumped right on it and said “Don’t Worry I got you guys” and after a short wait our problems were done and we all had New Phones!!! And great service and the sprint store now has customers for life!!!!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!! Keep it up

Very fast and friendly service!!! Gave water and assisted with my complicated situation. Juat want to say you guys are Awesome 👌 👏. I will return, Alejandro was so patient and Awesome!!!! The Manager Tiffany was very knowledgeable about my phone and issues!!!!

Mike was very helpful and kind to me. He went above was what his job was calling for, as he helped me recover my Facebook account, my email and get my contacts back after my old phone stopped working. His work was nothing less than a great job. This has been the best Sprint visit I've ever had.

Hey, my retail associate manager was Asisha from Locust Grove T-mobile. She was great. I came in she told me the deals. I upgraded my phone and got a phone for free. She also told me how to lower my bill with some perks. When you come to t-mobile ask for Asisha.

I visited the Sprint location on Bill Gardner Parkway in Locust Grove, I was greeted by three AWESOME Customer Service Representatives and they were all eager to assist. Shae was the BEST, very knowledgeable, friendly she went over and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied!!! Im a supervisor in the utility business and customer service has been my life for the past 20 years and this level of service is not seen often. All the reps here are amazing! The rep Shai was very honest and transparent about what to expect from sprint. I truly appreciate the service I have received here. I recommend this store for all your Sprint needs.
