Nobody likes government facilities because they are typically associated with negative emotions. I had the pleasure of working with, I don't know what her name is but on the receipt paper it says, clerk number 80. And I can honestly say it was the best experience I think I've ever had at a post office. She was polite and happy. And friendly, beyond the typical forced politness. My industry thrives on reviews and although the post office does not I hope somebody sees this and thanks clerk number 80 for her work.

This is my first time visiting this post office. I was floored by how short the line was and how nice and calm everything was, and neat and tidy. I never really take the time out to leave five star reviews for the little things so I’m leaving a good review. Nice job you guys.

Most post offices give me a really hard time for the things I need done. This location, however, is nothing but helpful and kind to me. No matter how inconvenient or complicated my issue, they always help me with no hassle.

Prefect location for downtown West Palm Beach! Clerks are knowledgeable and they try to get you in and out. I've noticed that they know many of their customers by name... which speaks volumes.

Charlene was great! She helped my boyfriend and I get all of our paperwork for our passports! She was really nice and helpful.

They have easy free parking. The service is great,particularly for issues and the problems PACKAGING works really well.Don't forget it is closed on Saturdays.
