Staff very nice and it was super fast!

The employees at this location are beyond helpful and so nice to work with. I continue to use this location for them. With that said, the boss/postmaster Valerie is the absolute WORST- I have now had multiple occasions where she went out of her way to make it impossible for me to get my mail or packages. As someone who is constantly traveling for my job, my ability to pick up mail is very limited and to have someone make it more difficult for me is upsetting.

This doesn’t even feel like USPS. The staff is always super nice and attentive.

This Post Office is excellent. Good service, knowledgeable staff, and adequate parking to pick up your mail.

Extremely rude, horrible customer service , the worst experience in a post office.

The Woman at the Customer Service Desk was not friendly courteous or helpful. She was on a personal phone call on her head set and was more interested in the conversation than taking came of her customer with any kind of respect. I will never visit this facility again.

So, on the USPS website it says they are open until 6. And that they receive mail in their Dropbox 24/7. This is wrong.
I drove all the way there for it to be locked. Some lady was walking out, and I said, Um the official website said 6 o'clock.
And she said, Oh, no... it's 5.
Don't bother trusting their location.

Tried to call the branch at Royal Poinciana about my delivery and pick-up at my business as no one showed yesterday at all and now at 4pm the second day I have not seen a carrier. I called their number listed and no one picked up, the recording then changed to the Okeechobee location and no one picked up. The recording then said hold on to talk to an operator, no one picked up still, then it automatically disconnects. Our regular carrier is on vacation and this P.O. service is the worst. I have tried calling for 2 days. Forget the 800 number to a call center, you spend 30 minutes just going thru the prompts with no one to pick up and answer a question.
UPDATE; same thing again today 07/24/19, no mailman even though I have a scheduled pick-up with the US postal service. Phone number goes direct to a recording, "the person that has this number has a mailbox that has not been set up, goodbye" Regular carrier on vacation again.

Worst organization ever, we are now 4th world country
