Rode here to get a phone mount only to see a plethora of types of bikes and bikers outside. Once I walked in I was helped immediately and found the style of phone mount best for me. (Ended up getting the full quad lock setup) I saw multiple wheels dropped off as well. Clearly a trusted place among bikers. Highly recommend 👍

This was my first time at Cycle Gear in Lewisville and I will definitely be back. I am new to riding and wanted to start getting my gear before buying my motorcycle so started with a helmet. Walt was great to work with! He showed me many options, answered all of my questions and was patient with me while I was trying to make my decision. Great employee, great manager, just a credit to Cycle Gear. I will keep going there as long as their employees continue to exhibit "above and beyond" performance...and as long as Andrew is there, I'm sure they will.

I am thankful to Andrew that when I told him I came from Garland and if he could do this tire change today, he changed it within an hour and gave it to me and I didn't need to drive three hours to come back and come again.

Ordered tires and had them shipped to the store. Dropped off my wheels with the old tires on them. Told them no rush, I didn't need them anytime soon. Picked them up a few days later, all mounted and balanced. Didn't notice any additional scratches on the wheels. Good service and less cost than what a nearby competitor was charging for the same tires and also less for the mounting and balancing.

The customer service was amazing. We were able to find what we needed and the one thing that they didn’t have they helped us to get it ordered to be sent to our house. I would highly recommend this store.

Always a good place for deals and equipment. From maintenance items, to quick gear choices, Cycle Gear doesn’t disappoint. I needed gloves on the fly. Clean displays and choices made my decision easy. Cool staff member as well.

Andrew is very knowledgeable about different helmet options and the pros and cons of each as well as letting me know about parts the store is able to order if I ever need parts for dirt bike. Highly recommend shopping local and supporting this business!!

I’m headed on a road trip with my motorcycle, and needed a phone mount immediately. I called cycle gear, they had what I needed and was able to set the items aside for me. I showed up, grabbed my items and was on the way! Thank you for the ease of the transaction!

The staff is helpful and friendly. I came in for a specific kind of gloves and they helped me identify my options and ended up buying a better fitting glove than what I walked in expecting to buy.

Associate in store called me by name when I asked for pre-order part. Part was at counter. Transaction took just a moment. I will use that feature again. No need to even remove helmet! Ordered universal mount for my spot device to mount to quad lock.

I wanted to comment on a recent review as I was a witness to this unfortunate situation.

Wellington's attitude toward his motorcycle tire was as deflated as the rubber itself. His snobbery seemed to extend beyond the bike. His interactions with anyone who dared to question his remarks were rudely interrupted. These remarks left an impression, tarnishing what could have been a simple exchange into a regrettable encounter. The tech offered to fix the mistake free of charge and was turned down.

These Cycle Gear employees are great. Pay no attention to the negative-nancie’s who let 1 small mistake overshadow the quality service they consistently strive for.

Staff was really nice; I had some older and less common tire dimensions ordered and mounted to my rims, and Andrew was flat honest with his quote and ETA. Everything went according to schedule, and the balance is perfect too!

Took my girlfriend to try on helmets for riding , she found one she liked tried it, got it. The people that worked there were very knowledgable and did a great job on their recommendations. We also bought a head set for our helmets the team there set everything up for use and paired our sets to our phones. Great customer service and great people working there highly recommend.
