Dropped off my sax for a latest/repair. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m an amateur (at best) and the staff took the time to explain and even inquire about my playing experiences. All said and done I was told it could take up to two weeks, however, two days later I received my sax! Plays better than ever! Will continue to use and recommend them to fellow musicians! Thank you Bandwagon!!

Bandwagon is my go to music shop. They did a refret on one of my older guitars. And did a great job. The playability is incredible! They've done multiple setups for my friends and I. Linden, and Zach are experts in their trade, and will take the time to help you find what your looking for. Very friendly. I would recommend them for any work you need done on an instrument. Or if your looking at getting a new instrument.

My Yamaha trumpet and flugelhorn were in need of some love as both are late 70’s vintage. Had a couple of dents removed and they cleaned both horns inside and out.
I could not be more pleased with their attention to detail and customer service.
My horns look like new inside and out. Charges were very reasonable and work was finished on time. Highly recommend!

Bandwagon is my go-to place for repairs in Nashville! I’m picky with my instruments because that’s my job! I’ve had my trombone bell stripped and brushed; looks and plays great! Other instruments with minor tweaks, but also had them refurbish an antique double bell euphonium (which plays awesome now!). I recommend Bandwagon all of friends and students! Technicians you can trust!!

I had some work done on my guitar at Bandwagon. They were very helpful and professional to deal with. Andy the luthier contacted me and went over everything with me. He got the work done quickly and more importantly it seems like great work!

Wow! Best experience at a guitar shop ever! These guys were so..o kind, honest and knowledgeable. I brought my guitar for a set up - the guy tested it and said my guitar is in really nice shape and doesn't need a set up. He could have charged me to do nothing and I wouldn't have known. Once again the Bandwagon didn't disappoint, my issue with my childs instrument was resolved without a long wait. The staff is super friendly! We travel pretty far to get there but it is totally worth it. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Bandwagon!!!

Came into town for an audition and the airline damaged BOTH of my instruments!
Luckily, Linden was awesome enough to see me after hours and did an emergency repair on both of them and had them ready and better than ever for my audition!

The super helpful and knowledgeable person fixed my guitar quickly and made me feel great even though I’m new to playing. Plus I didn’t read the door and accidentally walked in before they were open, and he was still very kind.

The instrument is from 1917 and very special to me. It was handled with care and the soldering performed was exceptional. Thanks for talking such great care of my instrument!

Finally was able to stop in. I saw this Music store in passing a few weeks ago, but haven’t had free time to stop in. It’s a great spot right in Bellvue! The people inside are very friendly, and the store has a little bit of everything for everyone.

I've been coming to bandwagon, this will be my 3rd or 4th year. I have purchased my daughters flute and piccolo. It's not just the instruments, but their service is fantastic. They are very honest, dependable and trustworthy. I highly recommend you get on the bandwagon.

When this accident happened to my Gibson guitar, we had no idea where to take it to get it repaired. So I ask my friend from Nashville if she knew of a place where I could trust the outcome. She very quickly suggested Bandwagon. I am from WV so we had quite the drive. But it was worth it!! Thanks so much. The crack was a scary sight, but you can’t tell a thing as ever happened.

I have a Bach Strad Silver trumpet that was my high school instrument I made state and all district with it so it is VERY sentimental to me. It was damaged my senior year. I looked all over for a replacement bell.The ring was broken(unrepairable). After finally finding one I then had trouble finding a repair shop.After sitting in the closet for years I found a repair shop close by(almost 2 hrs). So,I took a chance I wanted my trumpet finally fixed after 25 years. Just let me say that I am overjoyed with the outcome! I have seen other repair jobs with sloppy welds and such. The Bandwagon music store in my opinion is SECOND TO NONE. Thank you so much for giving me back my pride and joy. Oh and at a decent price too.
