On 2 occasions Steeles has made a mistake in my order. I was so impressed with their response to my feedback and their quick recognition of the problem and generous solution. I don't mind that mistakes happen when they are resolved efficiently and effectively.

This is an honest operation that delivers exactly what they say they will. I ordered 16 inch wood and I got 14-16 inch material as expected with a minimal amount of kindling sized material mixed in, honestly the exact amount you would want in a cord of wood. I called on a Friday and when fuel and wood prices and availability are tumultuous at best and these guys got right on it.
