Absolutely fantastic food. Everyone here was friendly, and service was also great. Highly recommend EVERYTHING on the menu.

Great food as always. I had the special which was the lobster bruscetta. I included a picture. It was delicious. There was a good amount of lobster and very fairly priced. Our server was very friendly and provided wonderful service. I wish they would dress up the outside seating area a bit. Overall, a great place to dine in Boothbay harbor year after year.

We came here and enjoyed the covered deck. We had baked haddock and mussels, a good choice as lobster is overrated (in my opinion) and haddock and mussels are a good representation of Maine's seafood!

This place is great! Oysters were awesome 🦪 I absolutely loved the clam chowda... a little different than the norm, but truly one of the best I've had. The calamari app was also phenomenal. Good spicy! Highly recommend McSeagull's!

This restaurant is one of the reasons tourist flock to Boothbay Harbor. Located on the water, they serve up great food and hospitality.

Stopped in Booth Bay specifically for a soft shell lobster dinner. I was not disappointed! The lobster was a full pound and a half and full of meat! Mo tools were required to separate the shell from the meat. My wife ordered the scallop dinner and she was not disappointed. We will be back!

Our favorite spot when staying in the Boothbay Harbor region. Love the food, love the location and the views from their outdoor deck as well. Right in the center of the action in Boothbay Harbor with great views of the working harbor. The food is fantastic, loved the Mac N Cheese, and REALLY loved my pork chop meal. Service has always been great as well!

Been here several times over the years. Always good food, especially the lobster roll—an actual whole lobster in the roll, not just a pile of claw meat. They don’t skimp on the whole lobster either.

We stayed in Boothbay at the end of September and on our last night there my parents offered to take our dog so we could go sit down for dinner and have a few hours off from our fur kid. We mulled over which restaurant to eat at but after much deliberation (and some pre-dinner ice cream) we walked into McSeagull's. The atmosphere is really homey and our waitress (I'm super sad I forgot her name) was AMAZING. We ordered a basket of fried scallops, a fish sandwich, and the MOST DELICIOUS clam chowder EVER. It has this homemade "Grandma made it just for me" taste that was out of the world. All of our food was great, but that clam chowder was worth the visit alone. We will absolutely go back again!

Wonderful experience! My husband and I celebrated our 10th anniversary here tonight and it was definitely a 10/10 would recommend! Big thank you to our waiter David, he was great and super friendly even with how busy he was!

Great location on the water! Best blueberry mojito and lobster roll I had in Maine! It is served warm with butter so the mayonnaise lovers may be disappointed! Service was quick which was appreciated since we had puffin cruise reservations after lunch.

Gotta say the place was mobbed but we were smart and made reservations ( lobster boat parade) .

We hosted a 22-person rehearsal dinner at McSeagull's before our Boothbay Harbor wedding. We worked with Phil to plan everything a few months out, and he made it easy to set a menu, collect everyone's orders, and ensure that the side deck was reserved for our party. The service was great, food was tasty, and the setting was beautiful. Make sure you order the blueberry pie :)

This was an awesome place for dinner. The waitstaff was attentive. The seafood was fresh. Highly recommend the scallops.

The best flavorful clam chowder I had in NewEngland area. Lip smacking seafood with beautiful waterfront! Absolutely great stop for some really good Maine flavors😋.

Our server Jaden went above and beyond in service. We had the tuna tartar, haddock sandwich and the smash burgers and all of our dishes were great!

Went here after a whale watching trip and got muscles as an appetizer/snack. They were amazing! Sat at the bar on the back terrace, so I enjoyed great views of the harbor and had good service from the staff. I also had the blueberry ale and the bartender put fresh maine blueberries as garnish, which made that fresh, fragrant beer taste even better. Based on the muscles and attention to detail on a simple beer, I'd go back for a full meal.
