The apple pancake was good for sure, but it did not really have the consistency of a pancake and it is huge. It is more of a cornbread consistency, and it is something you'll want to order for 2-3 people to share. The steak was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection all the way through. The potatoes were great too.

Super friendly people and a really good breakfast. We visit Gatlinburg quite often and I never miss an opportunity to have breakfast at the Atrium Restaurant. The portions are huge and we most often split the baked apple pancake and are sill filled beyond capacity. This is a great place for breakfast with really good food and great service.

We really liked this place because the apple pancake “cake” and cinnamon roll were excellent. Our kids really enjoyed them. My husband wasn’t too thrilled with his ham, thought it was was too salty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They gave us enormous glasses for drinks.

My food was great, but my husband didn't like the Apple Pancake. It was very thick and the apple syrup was like water. Imagine pouring apple juice on it.... It just soaked it up like a sponge. But the Eggs Benedict and my pancake were delicious! The server was great though and offered him a meat or something since he didn't want another one. He declined as he was already full. So she discounted it by 20%. I thought that was very nice.

Very friendly staff, our server Jamie she was so sweet, Quick seating, fast service, Kobe the young man brought our food out and was super polite and attentive. Food was great quality and there was a lot of food for one person for the price… not expensive at all… honestly we could have shared with the amount of food they gave. I order the “happy hiker” and I tell you I could have split it with myself and my best friend and it was $10! Great food for $10!!! Cheap and great service!!! Must go!

Don't miss this great place to have breakfast! As soon as you enter Gatlinburg coming in from Pigeon Forge, it's on the left side. We got there at 8 am and we were the second ones to be seated. When we left, 30 minutes later, many of the tables were filled. Apparently, the word is out; great food, great portions, and great prices!

This place is a small hole in the wall spot that is so so good. I have to take a trip here everytime I go to Gatlinburg! I got the homemade fried buffalo chicken sandwich, my friend got the BLT and fried green tomatoes. Each and every bite delish! They have wonderful cappuccinos there too, they are also famous for their Apple Pancake but bring your appetite for that it's huge!!

They have good food for a reasonable price. I had the pigs in a blanket which was sausages rolled up in pancakes. Our waiter was really friendly but was pretty busy with other things so we had to wait a while for syrup and then getting our check- otherwise I'd recommend if you're looking for a good breakfast for a good price.

Great food! I tried their signature dish, baked apple. It's like a apple-filled pancake that was made in a skillet. It comes with an apple syrup that is very good. The syrup is extremely sweet (shocking (sarcasm)). The actually cake is sweet, but not insanely sweet. It's almost like a half-way point between a very soft corn bread and a pancake. My wife tried the eggs Benedict. Her dish wasn't a real eggs Benedict, but was very good nonetheless. It's basically biscuits with sausage, eggs, and gravy. There was no hollandaise sauce and the eggs are not poached. Their food is great. I've attached images of our dishes so you can see what they look like. The staff was very friendly and attentive as well. I would definitely return. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We are staying at the Crossroads Inn right beside Atrium on our honeymoon and wanted breakfast. We came in and were greeted happily. Alyssa was a fantastic server and was incredibly nice! Food, service, and atmosphere was delightful. We will be back many times for sure!

My wife and I love the breakfast. Delicious country ham, eggs, biscuit and gravy. The service is fantastic! Servers are friendly and very attentive.

It seems like the staff took other reviews to heart and started enforcement of masks because all staff had them on. The pancakes were huge and tasty. My scramble was really good too, just needed a big of salt. The eggs were cooked perfectly, Not overdone or too runny and still fluffy

The food was amazing and the staff were nice and thorough. I've added a picture of their apple pancake, which is huge. It had apples baked inside. It's definitely a must have.

Cute and quiet place that some might overlook as it isn't as flashy as some.of the other eateries. Decent menu and lovely staff. Food is delicious!

Delicious pancakes. The toppings on the red, white and blue pancakes were amazing. Biscuits and gravy were wonderful. The restaurant was super clean. Staff was very friendly. They care so much about their food that the waitress even apologized for the sloppy whipped cream presentation.

We came in for a late breakfast on our trip as we heard they have great breakfast food. Pancakes were fantastic and had a lot of options for mixins/types. I also had an amazing bacon, egg and cheese sandwich which I highly recommend.

Staff were attentive and friendly but not too pushy. Parking is a little tight and getting out onto the road was nearly impossible with the local traffic since this location is right along the main road. Give yourself extra time to plan around traffic delays.

Atmosphere is calm, quiet and relaxing. Decor is a little old but charming. We will definitely come back next time when visiting Gatlinburg!

My sister wanted me to drive 700 miles to come get these pancakes. I must say it wasn't a disappointment. Definitely a tasty breakfast. We tried the gravy to and it was also wonderful. If you're looking for the tastiest pancakes around this is the place.

I drove 1000 miles to get the baked apple pancake delicious. The apple syrup is homemade. They are checking temperatures before seating so very safe during these times. Staff was super friendly.

The atmosphere is excellent. The hot chocolate is perfect. Their coffee is also great. Pancakes delicious!

Yum! We just happened to find this place because where we were originally planning on going had too long of a wait, but I'm so glad we left! This place is so good! You have to try their baked apple! And their ham was so tasty! It's a very cute place that has a very warm atmosphere.
