I’ve always had a great experience here. I’m respectful and get extremely positive service in return. The people who work there seem to be having a good work experience despite being underpaid.

Having some issues with my package right now but Amy is the nicest and most helpful person working with me. Honestly the best customer service I’ve had in awhile! Made my day.

I've been going there for a little over 6 years, and they are always so nice there. Yes, there can be long lines at times. However, my experience with them has always been good.

I went in to get my passport and had an amazing experience. The woman who was assisting me I believe her name is Ruth, was so kind through all of my craziness. We had gotten through the whole process when suddenly I couldn’t find my debit card. It was nearing the end of her shift and she stayed while I went to the atm which took me well over 10 mins, when I got back she wasn’t even in a rush or anything just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. When finally we were finished, she found the stamps that I was looking for and checked me out. As I was walking out I had dropped my stamps and was deeply upset later in the evening when I’d realized they were gone. I thought there was no way someone would turn in some stamps and that it was a lost cause (and a loss of $11) but this morning I’m checking my mail and they had sent me my stamps! There was a kind letter letting me know I’d dropped them by the front door of the office, signed by Ruth! Im just truly touched by the kindness I experienced while I was there and they really went the extra mile by sending me my lost stamps. This is something that really makes you feel like there are truly good people all around you. THANK YOU RUTH 😊

I love this location! I own a store and ship out items about every other day. When I moved out East I started going to another location closer to my new home, but they were so grumpy and rude. I have started driving the extra 15/20 minutes just to come back to this location! They know me by name and always have a smile on their face! Cheryl, Steve, and Jayla are awesome!!! Thanks guys! <3

Tara and Latisha are fabulous employees! They assisted me in finding a package that I desperately needed today. They were able to locate the package for me after a short wait. I can't thank them enough!!!

The post office is great. They don't close early and are friendly and do their job well.

If you sit there taking 30 minutes knowing nothing about what your doing and barely have your information organized when trying to ship something, it's your fault. Not theirs.

Always been an in and out process whenever I send packages from this location. Of course I can understand if the staff isn't wearing big plastic happy faces. Its the post office. They've always been as nice as one can expect, and very quick.

Forgot to put postage on my package and put it in a collection box. Lady at this post office was so kind and understanding to my dilemma. She personally took my info and called the mail carrier about it. I got my package back same day and everything. Thanks again!

I am a snowbird, living in Indy for 6 months and in FL the other 6. There was some confusion with mail delivery in my situation. I phoned the Meridian St. office. Much to my pleasure, the staff there was prompt, courteous, and highly efficient in advising me on proper documentation and procedures. These folks, especially David, were awesome.

I come here on my lunch sometimes when I need to send something out, and have never experienced any problems. The workers are kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

All the normal cashier/teller folks here are a delight and I work with them a few times a month or more to mail products to customers, but god forbid you have to pick something up that the supervisor has to handle and there’s a problem with it, then it’s your fault somehow that your letter isn’t in the building apparently :| five stars anyway tho, I like the cashiers too much ⭐

Teal was a rockstar and helped us with a big drop off. I’ve never had a long wait and the staff is always friendly and willing to help

They are always very kind and helpful at this location. They are very quick too! I never spend more than 5-10 mins in here even if there is a long line.

Wait time was less than a minute. Each register had a staff member, with additional support staff. Staff were very cordial.

I walked in off the streets looking for information on renting a PO BOX. There was zero wait time and the ladies inside at this location were very friendly and informative.

Aimee was super helpful and kind! Helped me find my missing package:)
