Kim, at the front desk will greet you with a smile, always. She’s great with helping you find a therapist that works for your needs and feels best fitting. Her communication is great — always calling and emailing if something is needed.
I was looking for a therapy office/therapist that felt non-clinical, homey and perhaps a bit holistic in approach — I found just that. They all have the mental health education and background, but with a friendly and inviting approach, rather than a clinical, by-the-book approach. Each office is so cute and comfy. You feel like you’re just hanging out and talking to a friend. All the therapists have always been so friendly, always saying hi when passing by.
I’ve been seeing Kelli for about a year and a some months and I can’t say enough good things. It felt like Kelli and I immediately had a strong connection. She allows me to speak (rant sometimes haha) when I feel like I need to, but she’ll contribute advice, tips, tricks and input as she feels needed. She will provide whatever help you need for that individual day — therefor her type of help will adjust and change depending on what you need for that day or as you grow in your mental health journey. She has great history and background with mental health, and deeply understands human/emotional connection. She listens, remembers small details, and makes you feel like everything you have to say is of the upmost importance — which is so important. Her office feels like a safe space and she is constant source of comfort, safety and support.
Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about Kelli and Tranquility Counseling as a whole.

Lisa is the best!! She makes sure you’re comfortable and feel safe. She’s easy to talk to and honest. She’s helped me through some really tough times!! I appreciate her for that.

This hands down one of the best therapy places I have ever been too. Kim at the front desk is also absolutely amazing!

I love this place. The atmosphere is very calming and the waiting area is always decorated according to the season and it is adorable. The therapist I work with is fantastic and they do everything to make sure that you feel comfortable and safe. Definitely recommend. Also, Kim from the front desk is so nice!

I have been going here for quite awhile. I’ve referred many friends and have never heard a negative comment about the counselors. Jamie is amazing and should be very proud of the business she’s built up. Kim is extremely kind and very helpful when it comes to setting up appointments. This practice is 5 stars all the way. I usually don’t write reviews but the ratings on this business are completely misleading. Jamie and Kelli are exceptional at what they do, as well as, a few of the other counselors who’s names I can’t recall but KNOW they are fantastic, because my friends have always come out of their visits with that exact response. Delaware is blessed to have such an intelligent, caring and devoted mental health team. This place is really a ten, but 5 stars is the goggle reviews max...😎

Love this place! Being a college student I was looking for a place close to campus and found Tranquility. I feel very supported by the staff members, Kelli is amazing! I have been coming for quite some time and have always had a great experience whenever I walk in.

When I was struggling to get help and find someone that could help I stumbled upon Kim at Tranquility. She was fantastic she took all the worry off my shoulders and handled the appointment setting and everything really made me feel good about coming in. This has been a great experience.

I really wanted to like this place, but I found the actual counseling to be mediocre at best. I didn't feel my therapist understood enough of where I was coming from. One thing that really disturbed me is that she said point blank to my face that I was 'making her depressed' which is a really tone deaf and unprofessional thing to say to someone with clinical depression who is actively seeking help. So disappointed.

Counselors are great so no complaints there. The front end receptionist is the worst! No one is ever there and when there are they're clueless. I've been called and made to cancel my appointment because the front end scheduled someone during my scheduled appointment. My insurance information has been lost at least 4 times now and who ever is up front claims I never got it. I'm still not even sure if they EVER contacted my insurance company. Havent gotten anything from them telling me a claim was filed. I recently received a call saying I had no insurance again and minutes later i did have insurance i just owe a ridiculous amount of money. Fortunate enough for me that I have all my receipt, down side is when will someone pick up the phone or be working the front desk 🤷🏽‍♀.hire a full time experienced receptionist or it's going to cost you business.

The therapist was unprofessional at points. She actually made our issues worse!!! The second star is only for the front desk who did everything they could to help me figure out insurance. Terrible
