Highland Village

I lived in this place for three years and I can't describe these moments. The staff members Linda and Heather are awesome! I miss that place.. I moved to another state and I was not happy and I wish I could come back here and live in Highland village. Good Job!

The wishes come true sometimes. I moved back to Virginia and lived in Blacksburg for a couple of years and they were awful experiences. So I decided to come back to highland village apartments. The management Linda and Heather and the maintenance team are super duper great. Very helpful. I wish I can give them 10 stars. Very transparent and straightforward not like other landlords in the area.

We lived in two apartments in Highland village for a total of 4 years almost and don’t have anything negative to. They are older apartments so things break but maintenance always put forth the effort to repair things in a timely manner. And the office was always so nice. We received our full deposit after move out (minus carpet cleaning which was in the lease) very quickly. Office staff was always very easy to deal with and quite understanding. Thank you!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed living at Highland Village. The office and maintenance staff were always very quick to respond to questions or issues we may have had. The grounds were well kept and everyone was very friendly!

Lived here for a year, always quick to get maintenance over if there was any problems, worked with me getting out of my contract a little early, and the check out process went smooth got my deposit back except for a few fees I already knew about but it was definitely a great apartment selection for a couple.

Heather and Linda in the main office are so sweet and helpful. This was my first time touring an apartment, and they made it a great, down-to-earth experience :-).

Great place to stay as a student! Great management staff, I absolutely loved Heather and Linda! They were understanding, cooperative, and caring! If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose to stay at highland again!

I stayed in three different apartments in Radford during my tenure at Radford University. Highland Village was by far the best of the three. Ironclad management, friendly maintenance staff, clean facilities and friendly neighbors are some of the cornerstones of this community. I never had any issues living here; and the rent price was second to NONE. ( Utilities included!!!) I was sad to move out of here at the conclusion of my time in Radford. I will miss the simple, quiet life of Highland Village. 5 stars, easy.

Great housing option. Highland Village worked with me to find the appropriate rental option that fit my needs and budget.

I lived there in college. Lots of great memories. I never won the red chevy though.

Best housing in Radford! The management is super nice and the rent is affordable.
