I love price williams! Their apartments are so well maintained, and very responsive with all of the questions that come. I have tons of friends who work with them and they say great things about them. Steven is the best!

Dawson was an absolute doll while he gave me the tour of my dreams. That man needs to be making 60k.

Clearly these people are nuts. First encounter I had with them, they almost delayed move in because they couldn’t seem to fine my guarantor form that I sent to them 3 different times… great job knowing your own system.

Second, they don’t answer their emergency maintenance phone, take forever to actually come help you when they finally DO decide to do what they are paid for, then go through a lengthy verification process to let you in… not to mention the genius puts the phone on speaker and is making me say my personal information out in the open for everyone to hear…NEWSFLASH: NO ONE BRINGS AN ID OUT WITH THEM WHEN THEY WALK THEIR DOG!!! So why do you insist on seeing an ID when a tenant gets locked out? If I didn’t actually live there, do you HONESTLY think I would actually be sticking around for 45 minutes with a dog for you to open the damn door after calling you for 30 min before that? Also, are we that clueless that we had to call the tenant afterwards asking why she was so agitated after she waited over an hour in sub freezing temperatures with a whining dog (and with no apology for the inconvenience) trying to explain they don’t want to get fired? Clearly we are. If you are fine with ignoring the phone and leaving a tenant out in freezing weather for 75 min then forcing her to say her personal information out for everyone to hear, you SHOULD be fired.

Not to mention, they sent out a mass email asking if anyone was renewing. NOWHERE DOES IT SAY IN THE EMAILS OR THE LEASE THAT ALL 4 OCCUPANTS HAVE TO RENEW, but apparently that’s why I and one of my roommates can’t renew. Only 3 have to renew, you say? Doesn’t matter. None of that is mentioned in the lease. Obviously we don’t know how to run a legitimate business.

Y’all just keep adding to the list. When someone puts in a maintenance request for you to come in the MORNING, what in all of creation makes you think you should let yourself in at 4pm? Don’t act surprised when you are faced with pepper spray if you are going to operate like that.

Simple math: rain/snow + temperatures under 32° = ice, or danger. Rain/snow + temperatures under 32° + salt = water, or no danger. Not only does maintenance have trouble with this logic, they need a full 8 hours to carry this out after a call (to the lethargic emergency maintenance hotline) that someone slipped and fell, twisting her ankle. By the time you got there, it was raining and it wasn’t worth putting salt down, you say? You mean the frozen rain (that I took a video of)? The frozen rain that’s adding more ice to the ice that already caused a safety incident? Danger compounding on more danger? Yeah, you’re right…
