My sweet big boy Wybie passed unexpectedly late one Saturday night. I hadn't thought he would go so quickly and had made no preparations. Ms. Leia took my call Sunday morning and made time for me even though she hadn't planned to stay at her office much longer that day. Her thoughtfulness and empathy meant the world to me while I was grieving for my loss. She was so kind and got my baby back to me within a couple of days. One of the most special things she gave me was a mold with one of his paw prints. What made it especially precious was that it was of his paw that was miss a toe. It made me laugh and cry, she captured part of his unique beauty, and I will keep it forever!
Her services are very affordable. I hated to think about money at the time, but the prices here made it possible for me to remember Wybie the way I wanted to. Thank you Ms. Leia. You have such a good heart and I appreciate all of your help. 💕🐾

My Bun-Bun died and Leah was able to offer the best price in town for individual cremation (they don’t offer communal cremation). So very nice, helpful and kind at a sad time for me. They were fabulous! We unfortunately lost our girl in the middle of the night unexpectedly on a holiday night and are 1 hour and 30 mins away from their location but they ensured us they would have someone there waiting for us to bring her which was around midnight. We are forever thankful with how quick they answered and the turn around time was amazing.

My 15 years old Shihtzu, Toto had crossed rainbow bridge a day ago. I called Nashville Pet Crematory around 5:50AM and James answered the phone very shortly and helped me to arrange appointment. Even though it was super early in the morning, he was willing to help me to get the cremation done. I was welcomed and treated very well during the time I was there. This place is the best! We were devastated when we lost our 26 1/2 year old macaw Harley. She was our Baby Girl. We contacted Leia to make arrangements and she was very accommodating with our same day service.
We were greeted by Mitchell who was very compassionate and caring. Mitchell was the most caring amazing person whose genuine sympathy and interest in He assured us that he would handle Harley gently and he did.
We had traveled from out of town and Mitchell made sure we could take our Baby Girl home with us the same day. Mitchell was the most caring amazing person whose genuine sympathy and interest in our macaw Harley was so comforting to us.

My sister was losing her baby boy. We did some research and found Nashville pet crematorium. I called them on the telephone and she was so nice and so kind. When the day came that my sister‘s baby boy cross that rainbow bridge Leia, and her staff were amazing. My sister was extremely emotional, but Ms. Leia handled it with the most compassion I’ve ever seen on anybody, this company is outstanding and I appreciate everything they done. She communicated with me almost every hour to let me know what was going on. With my sister being as emotional as she was, it was hard to talk to my sister, but Ms. Leia talk to me. She is a true blessing and a world that we live in.

My great dane, Willow, died unexpectedly this past Thursday, September 14, 2023. I received Willow's ashes and her paw prints this afternoon. The service was seamlessly.

This place is amazing. They took great care of my moms 19 year old baby. This is more than a job to Ms. Leah and Mr. James, they put their whole heart into it. If I could say a trillion times of " thank you " I would. Leia did such an amazing job on my baby girl Spice. She was an Abyssinian Guinea Pig. I got her and her cage friend, Pumpkin in 2019 when I had my miscarriage. Pumpkin & Spice helped me through my loss and grief in 2019. I lost Spice due to illness and age unfortunately. I throughly can truly say; Thank you so much for doing an OUTSTANDING, TREMENDOUS, and BEAUTIFUL, job on my Spice. I was very specific how I wanted my order and Leia did an 10/10 job ! I paid a great amount for , total 16 paw/foot prints on paper,(8 front paws,8 foot prints) ,3 paw clay imprints, urn ,and Spice's ashes. Leia does delivery and pick-up. If you need anyone to trust you with your fur babies; This place is to go to !!! When it is time for my other fur babies, I will be bringing them here to Leia. I am EXTREMELY satisfied. Our beautiful 19 month Labradoodle Lulu experienced a tragic death recently. Mitchell and Leah were very kind and supportive when they cremated Lulu and mailed her ashes back to us in Colorado. I would recommend the Nashville Pet Crematory for assisting your pet at the end of life.
