Very pleased not only with the product (our new door), but especially the service. The product is available elsewhere but the service generally is not.

Jen and her team were outstanding. Knowledgeable, available, competent, and responsible. They took their time with us (we never felt hurried or pressured). They got things done without a hitch.

It should be called "My door shop". They are a friendly service oriented family shop that does the job. With a 30 year craftsmen like Chris and a decade a experience from Abe you will be satisfied with what you get here. The new people up front, Jennifer and Paul will guide you through your selection process to help you find exactly what you want. And Brian will coordinate deliveries and help you get your job moving all with a smile and a laugh to help you through your day.

They carry lumber and fencing, too

You can get any door you want here including speciality doors. You never have to wait as long as they tell you that you will. Doors are expensive.

Not very well managed and extremely expensive. They almost never pick up the phone, if you do need work done it will take several weeks at least, and the prices are insane. They really need to hire more people instead of having a skeleton crew run the whole shop. Unfortunately I can't say that I would recommend going here. This place has a lot of potential but the owner needs to make changes so the shop runs more efficiently and keeps the customer experience a good one

The usual Davis local business: expensive, unprofessional and overcomplicated. Better go to some less pretentious business elsewhere or even to Home Depot.
