I honestly like Mapco! Come here a lot to get gas. Though, I will admit that there are times where they’ll get so busy, the line will be out the door. But other than that, good place to get gas! Also like the fact it’s 24 hours as well!

Mapco is Awesome! I love stopping there when I get down that way

Very clean

Tiny/cramped storefront. A lot of times the building will be locked down for 'shift change' for 30 minutes or more. Until recently it was always very dirty, which I assumed was due to the ancient building, but with Shelby back and keeping things cleaned, you can tell a world of difference. Can't wait for the new building for more space. Gas prices are always one of the lowest prices which is great, then add on the rewards, it helps even out the tiny space.

go here all the time get gas and some employes if i and short money they will use there rewards card for me or sometimes but the only thing is i was getting nachos and no cheese so i had to bue the chips and one of the employes / a guy was being flirty btw im 11 yrs old so :|

I never have problems with this store.. always in and out. No complaints

I went there there sometime between 3 and 3:30 pm on Saturday November 5th to see a sign saying temporarily closed. Not impressed at all. Open 24 hours sometimes! Most of the time we have a good experience there. Lately in the afternoon we run into bad service rude service and now temporarily closed. This place needs to do a review of it's cashiers and get things straightened out.

I just went in at 6:30a.m. after working 3rd shift and the young cashier was gossiping w a Male and female and when I paid I asked to lay my stuff down(mind you I had told them I walked there. About 4 miles n said I'm scratching the lottery ticket and will be on my way. The cashier said no mam you need to leave just so they could gossip. ..typical lazy no good. I won't be back they looked cracked out anyway

The newly rebuilt Mapco Express will not fair well with the mature folks of Franklin, Ky if they will not keep the receipt paper loaded in their pumps.
This is my last time doing business with this Mapco and this is where I live.
Sorry folks, but business is business.

Small cramped and not very clean

Tried to use reward card at pump. Didn't work. Went inside, and the young lady behind the counter was rude to me because I ask her what was wrong with the pump. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! #DOBETTER

I stopped by and was talked to very rudely by associate.
