I would give the highest recommendations for this shop! David and Bill who helped me with my car are very kind and nice. They are honest and will explain the repairs you need in a clear way and work very diligently to make sure repairs are done in a timely manner.

I came in because the check engine light in my 2006 Nissan Altima kicked on and my car stopped accelerating properly. Within 90 minutes of bringing my car in, Bill diagnosed that the radiator had a huge crack in it and needed to be replaced ASAP to keep the vehicle functioning. Two days later, I am walking out within a smoothly functioning car with a brand new radiator. The work is high quality, done reasonably quickly, and is fairly priced. I will certainly be coming back to this garage for future auto problems.

Bill Frame and his team have an amazing work ethic, deliver on commitments and at a fair price. I never worry about quality at Frames or about work being done unnecessarily.

Fabulous! Haven’t had anything big done to be fair, but their customers LOVE them so much that they rave about them while I waited for a mail repair and separately at an inspection. I had almost a flat tire by the time I got my preschooler to school. I had my 5 month old in the car and was like, I need this car to work now and called all over, no one could fit me in, they told me to come right in and they would take care of it asap and they did. Quirky but super friendly staff, you can tell they know what they’re talking about and they like to be like friends with their clients which creates a really nice atmosphere. I will keep going back!

I've had nothing but the best of service from frames auto. The knowledge of cars are impeccable. Every employee there is nice professional and caring. They will evaluate your car to the best of their knowledge and tell you what's best for you as far as pricing. Basically there's hard to find a place and environment like frames auto. Bill frame and his team of mechanics are like a needle in a hay stack. I've recommended this business to family and friends. My entire family has done business with Mr. Frame and will continue to support his business as long as the sign says OPEN.

Frames Automotive is the most honest & friendly car repair place I have ever been to...truly a rarity in the automotive world. The whole radio/infotainment unit on my Volvo s60 just locked up and wouldn't do anything. Naturally the car was JUST out of warranty, and after terrible dealership experience in the past I was dreading having to return to Volvo to get this fixed. So I called Frames. Bill told me to come there immediately, where he diagnosed the problem, disconnected the battery, and reset the whole system. I was there a total of 30 minutes and he only charged me $60. He is funny, straightforward, and did I mention honest?! The woman who works up front named Melanie was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to during my wait. Service like this restores your faith in man. Seriously, I don't know why you'd take your car anywhere else. Highly, super recommended.

Been going to this personally-owned auto shop for over 20 years. The owner is an expert on cars in general (my parents and I have brought in domestic and foreign vehicles over the years). I'm never told I need unnecessary work and I feel confident I can trust their advice. They often push off dealer-recommended maintenance until it's required which has delayed expenditures. Staff is super friendly and hard working. Cannot say enough good things. I began going here when I lived in Oakton, but have continued to trek here while living in Arlington and now Loudoun County; it's worth the extra drive time.

This shop only does quality work with genuinely factory parts. They never cut corners with off brand parts. The owner Bill Frames either perks on or closely monitors all work that goes on in his shop. He's old fashioned and believes that the customer comes first. It's always quality work that goes on in he's shop.

I can't say enough about Bill and Dave. Brought my car in after being told by another place that I needed a whole new engine. By the time I got to Frames, I was a little frazzled. Bill looked at my truck on the spot, let me know what he thought and fixed it within a day or so (turns out, I did NOT need a new engine). They explained everything to me and were honest about my truck and how much $$ I should put into it before just selling it. They are honest and professional - I found my new car place!

Bill and his team are amazing, honest and hard working. My whole family takes their cars there; my mom comes up from Florida even. I drive a 2005 Honda CR-V with just under 200,000 miles on it and it's going strong. Wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else!

I finally found a repair shop I trust with my vehicles. I wanted a "mom and pop" type of shop and that's exactly what Frames Automotive is and I love it. You know your car will be well taken care of. If you live in Vienna, go. You won't be disappointed.

I've been here to Frames Automotive on numerous occasions. I got my tires replaced by them this week, and last year they replaced my clutch cylinders. They do high quality work, they're friendly, reasonably priced, and they never try to scam you or up-sell you. I wish all Auto shops were as good as Frames.

They take great care of my car and have always been helpful about squeezing me in to their tight schedule. They are honest and do a good job of explaining what is wrong with the vehicle even if you do not know much about the technical stuff. Highly recommend them. They are the only car people I trust.

The best mechanic in Northern Virginia hands down. Bill is honest, and his staff are friendly and courteous. We always pay way less than the dealer quotes, and usually what they recommend isn't even necessary once Bill has a look. A real gem:-)

Quality people, quality work. Very professional, and transparent operation. If something can wait, they're upfront about it. Have been going here for about five years now, and definitely recommend them.

An example of this is when we took a 2009 Impala in for a tuneup, and my wife had just scraped and dented it on a parking column wall, when we got it back, they had pushed the dent out, and buffed the scratches... looks awesome.

Only complaint is that most things are done by appointment, but I guess that's just a testament to their work, and customer base.
