Dutch Bros provided exceptional service with super friendly staff, even in the early morning. The positive vibes were amazing, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended for their great service in the am !

This is the payson, Arizona they are Always so clean, and however the parking space is tight. The drinks are always on point. The people are always so friendly

Went to the Val vista location and got super watery drinks. took them to the gilbert & juniper location and the girls working remade them for us and were super nice about it! made them perfectly!

I usually do the drive through, so often times I don't get to go in. The one time I did, I didn't particularly enjoy it just because everyone is so quiet at this location for some reason (customers). HOWEVER the drinks are really good and the service is amazing! At most Dutch bros, I'll usually wait in the line for 20 minutes, at this place the longest I was there was 7 minutes!

If you like frozen drinks, you MUST go here, or if you enjoy teas. Their coffees are very sweet, which may turn some people away, but the quality overall is very good compared to other locations. This is where I go when I want a cheap surprise for me and my partner, so it's a quick and easy stop! I highly recommend it! It's also right next to downtown gilbert, so you could warily make a date of it by stopped by there and then going on a stroll, checking out some of the bars or restaurants and seeing what interests you- or you can enjoy the scenery alone, which at nighttime is very cozy and lively. I especially enjoy the afternoons when everyone is exercising or walking and smiling!

Made a pit stop for my monthly first Wednesday sticker. The guy taking our order was very helpful with his thoughts on the different drinks and talked me into trying a new flavor!

Always a good experience at Dutch Bros. Servers are all fast, efficient and friendly. A wide variety of beverages!

Tasty, needed this pick me up. High noon. Yes. The staff here were extremely helpful friendly and ready to serve. Very talkative in a good way. They definitely get to know there customers. Enjoy.

Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their dink’s. I’m from out of town and I told them it was my first time there. They then gave me a free drink! I am moving to Arizona at end of summer and will definitely be buying my coffee here. Best customer service and very good tasting coffee! Thank You Dutch Bros!

Came here at about 8pm the young lady running the drive through is a fresh of breath air. She’s so sweet and has awesome customer service I will be back just because of her! And the drinks and muffins are amazing a great plus 😉

I absolutely love and will forever love this place. People here make my day 100x better. Although I do not recommend going through the drive through because you will be in that line easily for 40 minutes. but if you walk up and stand in line, it's usually 4-15 minutes

I drink a lighter flavored black coffee. No milk. No sugar. No sweetener. No skinny. No half-cafe. No doppio. No cafe au lait. No latte. No pour over. No matcha latte. No soy. No doubles or triples.

Just a large black coffee, the lighter roast, please.

I never crave any establishment's coffee except Dutch Bros. It is a true cup of coffee. And to add to that, they have the greatest employees who I always tip well.

I love the customer service. Drinks are almost always done right. I like the stamp card would be cool to have an app for free drinks, birthday drink, etc. There is almost always a wait. I normally have my dog and they offer him treats and a pup cup. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Love me some Dutch Bros, however no matter the location they are almost always so busy and long lines in the drive-thru, which is usually odd to navigate. The staff is always super friendly and trying to keep up with the onslaught of orders coming at them fairly constantly. It's a weird vibe of like super happy and friendly staff and then a very impersonal process of going through the drive thru and figuring out your place in line. Today at this location, the gal taking orders in line actually directed me as to which car model and color that I was to fall behind in line - so helpful! Then later on as the wait continued, staff started bringing out orders to the cars in line. This location is so tight to get into and maneuver that much of a line at all and it's in the main road on Gilbert or almost blocking the exit traffic. The staff seems kept on their toes at this location to keep and manage the flow of things; which they do fairly well. The design of the building/drive-thru is the issue. It's kind of hilarious that it's so popular but all their buildings and drive-thrus were designed as if they would have a smaller consumer base than they do.

4 stars for food as the muffin top icing was almost completely melted into it, not really looking like the photo at all.

Dutch bros has become a great part of the morning for my wife and I. We love their Rebel drinks, which are similar to Red Bulls. I also really love the coffee here, they always have special drinks that are delicious, such as the camp-out cold brew. Lastly, the staff is awesome and have started to recognize us and what we usually get. The line is long sometimes, but for good reason!

Awesome sauce!! The energy and customer service... keeps me coming back! Thanks for veing being awesome!!
