I've been going to Optimum for almost 10 yrs. I've purchased at least a 100 wigs. They have a wide selection of wigs, add on, etc. I go so much they treat me like royalty. They know my style therefore all I have to do is sit down and the wigs are brought to me. I say I am going to buy just ONE wig but always leave out with three or more. This is my go to place for a new wig. In addition, Barry is an expert in assisting you find the right wig. He will keep it honest and makes sure you're a satisfied customer.

Oh My Goodness! Where do I begin!!! A very long story short, I needed a ponytail piece because my hair was wacked and the man that works in the back, where all the hair is located, named Barry took one look at me and suggested a tail that matched me perfectly. Needless to say, I am now a proud owner of 2 ponytails and a human hair wig. All purchased on different days!

I love this place and everyone who works here. At first it's a tad cold walking in, especially when youre buying your first wig starting chemo, but I'm in there once a week now mostly because of how sweet and warm they are, they don't judge, go out of their way to remember preferences and set things aside for me all the time, remembering I had asked a while back even in passing . I do wish there was a larger selection of tones and colors for hair, especially the Remy, but it's hard to find that anywhere. Prices are pretty fab too.

I go here to get things like aloe, blades for my clipper, and other grooming supplies. This is a great mom and pop shop that really cares about their customers.

They have a great selection of hair color and other hair and beauty supplies (duh) even wigs and hair pieces. The young lady who assisted me in the wig section was kind, honest and very helpful.

Love this store & just a 10 min walk from the office, which is great for when my Daughter sends me onher product errands ! 😁
