I haven't been to a post office in years, but I went today because I needed a money order, and had to mail two packages.

I was pleasantly surprised, after reading the bad reviews of this location.

This post office is large and clean. They sell birthday cards, gift cards, and decorative mailing boxes and envelopes, in addition to standard postal products.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

No complaints here!

I always have great experience. Staff is VERY helpful and always goes above and beyond to provide costumer service. One of the ladies stayed on the phone with me to make sure that I got all the information about my package. I ordered my passport the other day, and the lady was very sweet and helpful in spite of me not having things in order.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been here several times over the last few years and a few times in the past couple months. The staff have always been kind, helpful, and professional.

Listen...I was scared to death to walk into this location!!! After reading the reviews...I took a chance. Okay. What's the deal here??? The worker's behind the counter (there were two, a man and a woman) these guy's greeted EVERY customer! Handled their business, and told EVERY customer to have a good day!!! I told the clerk, when it was my turn, of what I thought. She said to me they try hard to please their customer's. But, (and but changes EVERYTHING) you can't please EVERYBODY! I just want to commend these guys on their great service!!! P.S. I was totally out of my jurisdiction...I reside on the westside of Cleveland. Hats off to you guy's!!!!

They are always professional, friendly, and polite. Bernard is always very helpful. I try to go to his window when I am there but when I can't the young lady is very helpful also.

After I read the rating I was in hurry and took my chance, nothing to lose, in worse case I was planning to leave, fortunately it was very quick service, nice staff member. No complain at all , it was a perfect fast USPS experience for me, even lady answered all my additional questions.

Needed a new passport. Young gentleman named Bernard helped me. He was knowledgeable and polite, even when they were busy. A good experience.

We live in Pepper PIke OH 44124 on Meadowlark Way. We are serviced by the Landerbrook Drive Post Office. We have one of the best Postman. His name is "Roy"who really cares about customer service and epitomizes USPS Postmen. The Landerbrook Post Office gets a "bum"
rap in the reviews.

I've used this Post Office for a PO Box, buying stamps, mailing packages, and questions concerning special delivery options, and have always found the staff to be professional and very helpful.

Just be nice, they’ll be nice back. It works, trust me.
