The man who sold me the gas cap on February 10, 2024; around 11:00AM, was very friendly. He assisted me quickly and I was in and out the store. He explained some info about the product too.

What a great experience we had with this site. We wish that every site acted as professional as this site did.. we broke down with a grand marquis 2001 in Hudson and we kept driving without lights or dash lights as the alternator went bad , we decided to drive the back roads due to this. And because of that we were able to find many places open for business for our situation. We first went to a place I won't tell, who wanted to charge us 275 for an alternator and I knew better then that. We went down the road and started to stall.. we pulled into a gas station and asked for the next parts store on our rout. It was AutoZone in another 5 miles we stalled and got a jump and went that 5 miles without head lights it was dark indeed outside. We arrived thanks to god, and AutoZone had my part for 175 out the door, the very same part that the store before wanted 275 from me. So then it was about 20 minutes till closing as they pushed out a machanics cart full with tools for me to use. And wow they were so great to us. I was able to fix that situation withing 20 minutes as they all were ready to clock out and go home, as they put us first !! Wow.. after I fixed that alternator they say to me I should have worked for nascar lol, and then they told me to have a great nite. Omg such awesome customer service, I am so happy with this location please make sure that they receive nothing but rewards for such dedicated actions. Thank you autozone

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by am very nice young man who asked me if I needed help, I did, and then took him up on the offer. On my phone I had a list of about 10 items I needed to buy, I showed the list to him. It seem like he just glanced at the phone and then said “I’ll be right back”. I am not kidding when I say that in less than five minutes he comes up to the front register where I was standing carrying every single thing on the list and a couple of them he took a guess at, and was right on. Well, can you guess that I won’t go anywhere else from now on?

Customer service is great. No matter who is there, they seem to care.

Stopped at Auto Zone to check to see what was causing my engine light to come on. James G immediately assisted me came out and hooked it up to the machine. Advised me of what the problem was and gave me the cost of my supplies. I also had low oil pressure, he looked up my oil type grabbed the oil for me and supported me thru adding my oil! I appreciated his KINDNESS, TIME and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would pass by any other Auto Zone to come to this one. Definitely will be back when needed and suggest anyone who needs an Auto Zone to visit this one!

I went into the store for a battery check. I was told that I needed a new battery. As I was waiting for the swap out another customer who was hot under the collar came in and was not so nice. The workers were all cool calm and collected, and by the way they did an awesome job. Thanks for everything

Stephanie was amazing! I came back from a trip really late Monday night and came home to a dead battery that I knew was probably going to be going soon and I was able to jump it and get it up to AutoZone in Mayfield heights in the manager Stephanie was phenomenal! She put me at ease immediately and was so easy to talk to she smiled the entire time and did an amazing job putting it in for me cleaning the corrosion that was on there and got me on my way I really appreciate One of a kind service these days and this crazy world she really should get some kind of bonus or something or be recognized!

Very friendly customer service, and had exactly what I needed!

No pressure. Clean bathroom. Clerk was very helpful when I had a question and explained the difference between different viscosities of motor oils without talking down to me - where are my girls at? I appreciated this big time! He was very kind and helpful (I’m sorry, I never got your name!). Then, when I was outside looking under my hood (realizing I knew how to check my oil, but not where to pour it - I *knew* I didn’t want to mess this up!), James came over and offered to help. He came back with a funnel and paper towels and he was my first assist through my whole first car oil experience! James - providing much needed help for girls (and guys) whose dads don’t live in Ohio. :D Thanks AutoZone! For making what could have been a scary, painful experience, smooth and educational!

The guy was very nice and professional, plus extremely helpful. Ensured I had not only the correct size wiper blades but the best value for my buck which made me very happy. Will definitely go back, sad I didn't catch the young man's name.

Sam! THANK YOU for being so understanding about my car battery. The problem was solved simply by SAM taking my trunk light out (my trunk latch broke in January). He was patient and having a good day. Great customer service, high five, and keep up the great work.

Fantastic service. Our car battery died nearby and Sam was nice enough to walk with us to help us jump the car - which is really outstanding service. Didn’t expect anything in return, and gave us great advice on purchasing a Mobile battery pack to jump the car in the future.

Gina is the best! The loan-a-tool service gave us everything we needed to replace our car battery but Gina went the extra mile and ensured that our battery replacement & installation went smoothly. She absolutely was not required to do anything beyond giving us the socket wrench but I’m happy that she is a model for great customer service. Hats off to Gina, who is clearly an asset to the staff at this location. Thank you very much!

I bought a club for my 2020 Kia Soul and the associate Landry was very helpful and polite in showing me how to use it. I had to call in because I forgot which end went where again very good customer service .

Aaron petty the store manager is absolutely incredible! I was so overwhelmed when my check engine light came on, but after only having to buy one part he got it all fixed up for me and now the light is off! Such a relief . He went above and beyond for me today! Five stars wish I could do more! Thank you Aaron and thank you auto zone!

Brady and Courtney were absolutely awesome super helpful friendly and nice I blew my radiator and cracked my oil filter out of town and asked if they minded if I was able to work on it and they were more than willing to let me knock it out there and provided me with everything possible that I needed absolutely an amazing staff
