I love the loft, AnnTaylor ,loft outlet ,Lou and Grey. This store is located in pentagon row. They have the best sales and their Casual wear fun Fun wear office wear weekend where you can shop the up a jewel we glasses they don't so on the close but they do sell socks and T shirts shoes I'm A

Customer service the store is not overcrowded does not a lot of stuff everywhere you can move around If you get an all rewards card get points gave money off of sale items to get all these good perks.

The clothes are not as stylish as they use to be. The styles has changed maybe they need a new designer.

I’ve shopped Loft for years and am happy with that brand. I’m posting because I wanted to leave a GOOD review for the staff at this location (at least in my experience today).

To be clear, I’m not talking about the rep on the other line of the 800 number I called to work out a payment issue—he was rude and short with me.

The actual sales rep at the store I worked with today was helpful, patient, and kind to my child. When I asked about a return on an order, she was pleasant and polite the entire time. The other reps in store were friendly, too.
