American Mobile Drug Testing

Just got in and out quickly, which is always nice. The lady in the room to the right back corner was very pleasant. I've had many of these done over the years, and they're not always the happiest Pee collectors in the world. All good today.

After reading the reviews I feel like I have to present a fair and equal view based on my experiences with American Mobile Drug Testing. First off I have to say(in my opinion), it sounds like a bunch of stoner or serious drug user crying about the results of consequences kicking them in the teeth and getting reality check on life. I have been testing with American Mobile for over 5 years about 6-7 times. I never had any problems with unprofessional-ism or long wait times. The only time I had to sit around and wait, is when the bladder was taking its sweet time. Other than that, all experiences have been great, process and service times very quick. It makes me cringe to listen to pot heads complain about a great company. Surprised no one has left a positive review in support yet. Glad to be the first. Have a great day and always make sure to listen to both sides before coming to conclusions. Be informed, be wise, live long and prosper.

They were affordable and thorough. When I walked in they took me right away and the lady was nice and helpful I give her a 10/10. The con was that they only accept cash and I did not know that. I even called in and asked for information and they never mentioned this. I had to leave and go get cash. I give them 3.5 stars

Absolutely creepy and unprofessional. Was told my pee didn’t smell so I had to retest AND be watched. They kept mislabeling the samples and reopening sealed chain of custody bags and swapping samples around. They will mess up your tests and make you wait for weeks. What a joke.

I would rate negative stars if possible. Avoid this company at all costs. The worst customer service i have ever received , very rude and unprofessional. They will violate your rights and do not follow the law , Tell you your test is inconsistent before even reading the result. Try to Watch you pee when they legally cannot unless is court ordered , government or dot job , probation or if you refused or failed a test .Employers also beware of this company if you want your employees to work for you. I watched them conduct many tests that all take 30-40 seconds for a result. 5 seconds no result and telling you it's inconsistent is not a result or inconsistent. By far the worst business i have ever stepped foot inside , Karma will spend some time with these people eventually.

creepy (two-way?) mirrors on each side of the urinal after a wait time! I recommend going elsewhere.

Over an hour wait for only 2 people in the lobby and the office lady took a smoke break in between each on.

Wait times are ridiculous. Didn’t believe the reviews until I was in the lobby with 2 other people who’s samples had “inconsistencies.” Didn’t even test it beforehand?

They force all our applicants to undergo a 'failed' first test to get a second sample
