ABC Bartending School

After all of these years who would’ve thought I would want to bartend. Attended this class in March and had an awesome instructor by the name of Mari. Mari was not just an instructor but someone who has the passion for bartending as well as seeing others succeed in this industry. She was available day/night to assist with questions and concerns. She motivated as well as encouraged each one of us. She was very personable and her personality and funny stories will have you howling all night. When you leave this class you will be full of confidence and ready to be the best bartender ever. Thank you Mari for everything!

Misty & Brandon are great teachers who enjoy what they do at their daily bartending jobs as well as teaching others to tend bar. Both have years of experience working in a variety of settings behind the bar. They teach you by the book as well as from practical real world experience.

As a veteran bartender in a previous life - I walked away from this class with new knowledge of beer, wine and distilled spirits and the confidence to serve them with style.

Misty & Brandon are a great teaching team! If you are looking for a career or a career change I highly suggest investing a few dollars and forty (40) hours in your self. You won't regret it!

ABC Bartending School was awesome! Not only were they easy to work with and super communicative during the pandemic, they made the class super fun and informative!

Compared to other schools around the state, this school is for sure the cheapest, but it doesn’t sacrifice one bit on the learning (both hands-on and general knowledge) that it provides!

I am leaving the school with the confidence and knowledge needed to be an incredible bartender, and also job placement help wherever I find myself!

All in all, I couldn’t recommend this school and my instructors (Mary and Misty) enough — highly recommend for anyone interested in learning more about the bartending and service industries!

Miss Mary the instructor was amazing. She was so personable, relatable, down to earth, Knowledgeable, informative, and exciting to learn from. Her energy and vibe is unmatched. I’ve already referred my mom! That’s how great the experience was!

EXCELLENT hands on class that teaches the fundamentals as well as providing exemplary customer service, liquor classification and of course drink making! I highly recommend taking Misty's (instructor) class. She makes learning fun, gives drills and drills and drills and fun ways to memorize making drinks. Signed up for the 2 week long night course. Price is better than all other schools. Instructor was fun. It blew my.mind how.much I learned in these past 2 weeks. I was hired as a bartender with no experience before finishing the class. 100% recommend using ABC Bartending School.

All of us, have had that one bartender, that keeps us coming back, time and time again. Then that bartender moves on and are replaced by a mediocre bartender, and you just stop going back to that bar. If you want to learn to be a Professional Bartender, ABC is the school for you. You will learn the tools you will need to use in your trade.You will also learn the different classifications or beer, wine and liquor (who knew there were so many kinds of Bourbon). Misty Alexander, was our instructor and she walked us through the process, of mixing drinks and she will drill you, over and over again, until you have them memorized. She also helps you, with setting up your bar and getting the maximum effort out of each movement, to help make you faster. A faster bartender makes the Customer happy and makes you more cash. I highly recommend this school, and you will walk out with knowledge, that you can put to use right away. I really stressed out over the test, but if you listen closely throughout the class and take good notes, Misty will cover everything that is on the test. ABC will also help you with job placement, which is a huge plus!! Like I said, if you want to become a Professional Bartender, this is the place for you. Thanks again Misty!!

Listennnnnnn if you wanna perfect your mixology skills or even start out learning like I did then ABC Bartending school is the place to go. From the hand on experience to the book work and lectures; well worth the money. Plus is was super fun and my instructor Misty was thee BOMB. Such a great experience 🙃

ABC Bartending School is AWESOME !! Misty kept the class very lively, not boring at all.. Definitely worth the time and you will leave with so much more knowledge of being behind the bar than you could imagine you would get in the short time you are there. And if you don't feel you got enough don't worry because she offers to come back at a later date and help you until you got it. Free refreshers if you need to practice before an interview, job placement assistance AND they are a national company !!!

I was very nervous before starting classes. I thought it would be very confusing, and impossible to remember anything. However, having Misty and Brandon as my teachers it wasn't only just a blast, but I learned so much! They answered all of my one million questions, and never once made me feel bad about it. Not only was it a great hands on way of learning, but they both explained things to where it was comprehensible and easy to keep up. I'm so glad I took this course at ABC Bartending School. Misty was a great teacher. She kept the class fun. I got a lot of information in a short amount of time but it starts to click after a while. Definitely suggest taking this class if you want to be a bartender!
