Gulf Shores Dog Park

Such a nice dog park! Two different fenced sections for the dogs to run. Water troughs for dogs to drink from, toys in buckets for them to play with. LOTS of running room and even tennis balls to play with. Trash cans with small poop bags available, PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG’S restroom deeds. Sitting room for the dog owners as well.

I absolutely LOVE this park! Before I can even get into the lot, my puppy is in my lap and trying to get out the window because he knows it's his playplace! It's super clean, and I've met so many nice people, and their precious pups!

We absolutely love taking our little girl to the Dog Park so she can run around! Not many dog friendly places around the gulf ! So, this was wonderful for our little Izzy to run, play, and do her business!

Nice pine shaded park. Clean and grassy. My pup loved it. Nice owners too.

What a great place. We took two of our three corgis and met another corgi there. People are friendly, respectful, and there is plenty of room for the doggies to run off energy.

Nice places for your 🐕 clean and we and my baby girl loved it. We need one in Somerville Alabama. Decatur Alabama for the animals to be able to play in we have one in common but it's 30 40 miles away they need to add more for the animals to be able to have a good time and for people to enjoy their animals and get them outside. it's also nice for people that travel like I was when I come through coming to Gulf Shores I found this dog park and took my dog there.

We were so happy to find a dog park that we didn't have to worry about Gators! The potential does exist at the state park dog park. This park was spacious, shady and welcoming. Water is available. Met nice li Al owners and fur kids.

Recently my daughter came to visit me from out of state. She brought her dogs with her on her visit and ask me if there was a place that would she could take her dogs to walk I'll just get some exercise. I suggested the Gulf Shores dog park I've passed it several times on my way home from work but never stop because I do not have a dog I am a cat person. So I took my daughter to the dog park it was very pleasant come on very clean, and there were a lot of other dogs there for her dogs to get to know. It was a very friendly atmosphere with lots of visitors from different places. The park provided you with plastic doggy bags to clean up after your dog a place for them to get water and a nice sized area for them to exercise. If I had a dog I'll be there everyday, maybe we should get a cat park.
I would most definitely recommend this place for the visitor, or for the resident that lives here and just doesn't know about it. I had nothing but a great experience there thank you Gulf Shores.

Beautiful little dog park with plenty of room for big and little dogs to run around. There is a separate area for smaller dogs, but when I was there it was owner discretion. Some little dogs are commanders lol so they fit right in running around with the big dogs.

Very clean. Didn't notice any dog waste that hadn't been cleaned up. They have all the classic dog park things. Double fence, water fountain low enough for the pups to drink out of, nice benches for the owners, and lots of grass to run around in.

Other owners were very friendly and enjoyed several casual conversations. However, if conversation is not your thing, there is plenty of room to roam by yourself.

Clean, shaded area for your dogs to run. Nice benches for us to relax on. There is a side for smaller dogs too.

Great park, my dog said it was fun.

This park is huge! It is divided with a portion for small dogs and for big dogs. There is water stations in both sections. There was a garden hose there with a spray nozzle. The city or volunteers has put chairs all around. The park has lots of shade. I highly recommend it for letting your furry friends stretch thier legs and interact with others.

It was very lovely except one of the gentalman when we first got there had a chow that he knew was aggressive to other dogs and people there. Our dog is highly trained and very friendly. So it was quite upsetting when other people's dogs couldn't enjoy the park as well because of the man. Dog parks are great as long as the people there abide by the rules
