I have never in my lifetime of 40 years worked for a more compassionate, caring and more incredible group of people. I actually cried when I gave my resignation. I felt like I was a true part of a team with them. They were many times when they actually backed me when I didn't feel comfortable with a certain site because of site management or dangers at the site. They helped me get a pay advance before when I was in extreme need. Of course I had to earn that loyalty with them, it went both ways. But I was more than glad to do my part. You get what you give with Quality with in every possible way they will give back to you. If you're on time, you don't do not calls no shows, you treat them all with respect. I guarantee that you they will give you the shirts off their back, they will also treat you with so much respect and treat you like an individual and advocate for you if there's a problem with you and a site as long as you are in the right professionally.
