MSSI has been a great company to work for as a contracted registered nurse. They have excellent communication and reasonable benefits, such as 401(k). The recruiters and on boarding process has been very efficient. It appears that there contract/pay is better than other agencies out there. Would recommend.

As a travel nurse, your recruiter and company can make or break your experience. I was so lucky to work with Tamra at MSSI. she consistently advocated for my needs and worked tirelessly to ensure that I was getting a competitive pay package and safe working conditions. I was able to secure exciting contracts in places I wanted to go and it made my time as a travel RN time I will never forget.

I’ve had nothing but a pleasant time traveling with MSSI. Very communicative and responds in a timely manner. My recruiter Shelby has been great and has answered all my questions whenever prompted. The new time card punch for them is a bit confusing. But other than that i still recommend MSSI

I did my first travel contract with MSSI in January 2022. Everything went smoothly. The recruiter responded to me immediately when I reached out about a contract and everything was finalized for the job within a couple days. Getting paid weekly was awesome. MSSI was higher paying than the other two travel agencies who staffed the hospital I was at. The insurance is actually decent. I unfortunately had to have a surgery during this contract and the insurance covered nearly everything. Also offer dental and vision insurance too. I would definitely do another contract with MSSI in the future.
