Staff have always been nice and shipping packages are very easy and quick, ofc unless its busy

This branch location is like walking into a Main post office back home in the North Shore, its, small quiet clean and every postal worker especially My Lisa are all kind n helpful. I love my local post office. Be safe you all in this Covid 19 n THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE.

From my own personal experience in this post office is always positive, the employees are absolutely wonderful, another wonderful experience is that it's never crowded and I LOVE how it's a small post office especially for people who can't do large crowds, so A++ on this post office!

My minor one star is because I wish it opens a lot earlier like other post offices. But other than that it's conveniently not too far, friendly environment and always good and nice.

Like the ladies there working very kind and had a po box there for over two years and even when I had moved to the town over.

Sometimes busy

There is one lady there most of the time and you may not notice but she over charges every time I go there, and this is a fact because I would leave with package n go to mt pleasant or somewhere else n they give me a cheaper price, one time orchard st said $21 n same package I shipped from Fall River for $13-$14 this has happened several times I think she doesn’t measure correctly or weight she reads incorrectly, so any small mail no problem any boxes or packages be careful, just 10:30 this morning it happened again $11.65 for the small 1 lb package didn’t seem right but had no time to go elsewhere but if I did I would of paid $6.95-$7.95 guaranteed

They know hours are wrong. Told to wait in parking lot.
