The woman that work the front desk are so polite and respectful and help you out so much and they work so hard especially during the holidays

I’ve never had a problem going here. I go here every month to get money orders for rent and they are nice and courteous! I accidentally left my wallet there one day had to run back and it was after hours and they let me in and gave me my wallet. Very nice customer service!

Classic New Deal-era city flagship post office. I love having such an elegant, airy space to use for such mundane chores as picking up a package or buying a money order. A shame how much of public life is now relegated to dreary, windowless drop-tiled ceilinged rooms in strip malls.

The service may suck and all that but the program is underfunded. And shortsighted complaints about language is ridiculous. My post man is awesome and the post office is great. Why don't you lazy cry babies go help get some legislation passed for post office instead of going to another company where people get paid less and give two less f~€!($ about your parcel or package. You don't like other nationalities? Then maybe you shouldn't live in new Bedford. How about that? Waaaahhhhhhhhhh just got off the phone. Sure I called three times lol but Karen was awesome.

All the USPS CSRs at the windows are polite, friendly, professional and know their jobs ...any questions you may have..and yes, they have a window for passports purchase.

This particuler USPS site is quite good! People are attentive and quick.
