The piano moving team went above and beyond to safely move my antique Wurlitzer baby grand! This instrument has a huge sentimental value to me and I knew it was it great hands with Bill and the guys. Thanks so much!

Dishonest establishment. Bought a used piano for my son but Bill didn't bother to tell us the middle pedal didn't work before we bought it. I've contacted Bill on several occasions about it but he refuses to make it right. The first time i called he said my son doesn't need the middle pedal which the piano teacher strongly disagrees with. The second time I called he said we live too far away for him to come out and fix it. Funny, he didn't have a problem driving out here to deliver it, now all of a sudden we live too far away? So I open the panel of the piano to discover the rod that attaches to the middle pedal is completely missing. After calling Bill again he told me he had a rod for the piano and could I come pick it up. I said no , can you mail it? He then told me to text my address and he'd mail it. He never mailed it and at this point he's just blowing smoke up my rear to get me to shut up. You can't tell me a guy that's been working on pianos as long as he has didn't have a clue the middle pedal didn't work and was missing a part. I don't expect a used piano to he perfect but if something is broken or missing you ought to let them know before the sale. My sons piano teacher recommended this guy but after the we've been treated she's letting everyone know not to do business with him. Very dishonest guy, do not buy from this outift!!!!!!
