The night time manager Tony is great! I missed my delivery driver during the day because I was at work. I went to the USPS off Healy at 4:30pm on Friday afternoon (they close at 5:00 pm) to try and pick up my package. Tony was the person that helped me. He let me know the delivery driver wasn’t back yet from the route. He ensured me he would call me when the driver returned. I told him the package was a present for my mom’s birthday party this weekend and that I needed her present before Monday.

I received his call at 6:30pm that my driver had returned and I come pick my package up.

That type of service is few and far between.

Thank you Tony for making sure my mom received her birthday present on time!

I drive an extra 10 minutes just to come to this location. The people who work here are very friendly and kind. I don’t receive this great of service at any other USPS in Winston. Douglas is great!

By far the best post office experience of my entire life. I dreaded going in as it is full-on holiday time. I even set aside my entire 1 hour lunch break to deal with the anticipated gauntlet.

From the moment I walked in until the time I left(less than 5 minutes btw!!!) I was greeted and treated with respect and care. Immediately a gentleman approached me and helped me with questions I hadn't even had a chance to ask yet. 2 minutes later I was summoned to the front of the line. I was even given a discount I didn't know about because of how I was shipping.

In and out in under 5 minutes during the holidays. Unbelievable. Thank you so much to this team and restoring my faith in the US Postal System.

The staff has always been great to work with

I have no problem with the post office. The huge problem is with getting the ACTUAL phone number to that branch and the run around on the absolute worst phone customer service I have ever used:the usps. You can't even talk to a live person and when I finally got the results for tracking my package it sounded like garbage.

Another of my favorite USPS facilities. Clean and orderly. Nothing but courteous and knowledgeable window service clerks. Big lobby. Ample parking, Conveniently located a mile down Healy Drive off of Stratford.

My name is Felicia Jacobs, I'm 46 years old and disabled. My mother Ruth Jacobs is 68 years old and has a heart defibrillator, which makes me worry about her sometimes. My mother happened to go to the this post office on yesterday, not realizing that she would become ill. She almost fainted and some of the customers helped her out. But I want to give a special thanks to the employee at this branch that helped her out by giving her a chair and helping my mother from fainting and going into possibly a diabetic comma. So I don't know her name. But thank you soo much for being a special ANGEL at the needed time. Oh yeah I forgot to mention her name, thanks Carol Ewing.

Tony in receiving is a very good guy and helpful. Nothing wrong with being polite it doesn’t make you weak- he’s a good guy Winston Salem take a chapter from this guy and do the same . By the way give him a raise but no promoting him anywhere else man he’s a good presence.

i would like to say a big thank you to the mail man Richard who found our beloved dog on wensday october 27 on country club road, that got hit by a car and brought her to us and came back to check on us a few hours later it takes someone with a big heart for animals to bring her back to us and it meant the world to us because she was the best dog ever once again thank you!

It was a quick and efficient drop off the employee was very very nice she spoke in my language when I gave my letter and she saw where it’s headed. I’ll go the again if needed.

Best experience ever. I come in weekly. Never been more pleased with a post office

I'll pick up my mail at a safe area, where their are plenty of places for parking.
