My littlest needed new shoes, and so we went to check out what they had to offer. The service was top notch and we found a great pair of Nikes for a good price.

Had a great experience sat at the bar after work, was served by Chavee. She was polite and very attentive. She had a great positive personality even though the bar was not fully stocked I blame management for not ordering, and setting her up for success. We settled on a rum and coke well balanced cocktail would definitely come back just for her.

We were in DC and Arlington for a few days. We went to lunch at champs Sports Bar on Sunday, July 29. Lunch was amazing. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. I had a craft burger with sweet potato waffle fries. It was mouth-watering. The manger made sure that we were enjoying our experience. I would go to champs again and again. What a wonderful experience. Great staff and management.

T Roy at the Pentagon City Mall location was incredible! The amount of customer service he provided was amazing. He got me the shoes I wanted and even laced them up for me! Will be returning to this store often! Wishing him a bright future within this company.

The customer service here is amazing .I have to travel from Lexington Park MD to shop brands and it's been a pleasure being able to find what and there's been a time or two where Victoria contacted Julie at Footlocker and my needs were met. Thank you Champs

Champs was very clean and the staff were friendly and inviting! I loved the nachos!!!! I can’t speak high enough about them! It’s a must try oh and make sure you have someone to help you eat it!! It’s big!

Service was great! Great setting! The fried were WAY to salty. You should tell them to take it easy on the salt if you don’t like it.

The staff here is so friendly. Back to school time is extremely crazy in the store but Christina made sure to set my rising 3rd grader's LeBron soldiers aside until I arrived.
