Starbucks

The staff at my local Starbucks are wonderful. Went in today (08.19.2023) at around 3:30pm to pick up an online order I had placed not even 5 minutes earlier. One item was already ready and the other two were prepared within the next 2 minutes. They called out my name (which is hard to pronounce), apologized for mispronouncing it and then went on to ask how to correctly pronounce it. The two beverages were perfectly prepared and the cake pop was delicious as always. They wished me a wonderful day and I went home with a smile.

Excellent location, atmosphere & esp great service! They take time to make just what you want with no attitude that you can get at times elsewhere. Even the young staff is very sweet, hard working & impressive as they know their stuff. My drinks are always great! The only downside is that for some reason this store closes earlier than the other locations near by. I find that this location treats regulars very well also, so it makes it feel less like a chain & gives it more of a hometown vibe. Thanks to Cas for all of their great drink suggestions. It really makes the money feel more well spent vs a guilty pleasure.

This is *MY* Starbucks. I mobile order for convenience but hate not getting to talk to humans. My favorite thing about this store is that every employee in it greets me with a grand hello when I come in and makes me feel just like a loved little human. My coffee is perfect everytime always. Thank you!

I mean… It’s Starbucks. Yeah the line wraps around, but the coffee is always on point!

Always a great experience, remember that besides all that, the best ingredient of all is ATTITUDE. Life cannot be better than this.

Ana is the greatest , I found 20 reviews about Ana in my door pocket . Never met her but her employees think she is the best . I may have dreamt the whole thing , if so disregard

Friendly, happy, helpful crew. Had a sandwich and Large hot Americano with heavy cream. Spent about six hours in outside courtyard. Busy place, but working outside was great.

Good place to grab a cup of coffee and get some studying done.

Ordered on the app. Drive through line went around the building, but I parked and my drink was ready in 2 mins!

I go to this Starbucks often they are super nice there.

I recently visited the store and dropped my wallet in the parking lot. A very kind regular patron turned it in and the store manager reached out to my wife. To the patron and store baristas I say THANK YOU!!!

The drive thru line can be long at times but the wait in line never is.

Love it when high volume is countered by pleasant presentation, friendly service, and efficient practice. If I'd lived here this would be my preferred Starbucks experience

I have never been to a more friendly, fast and consistent starbucks. The staff is super nice and I am in awe of them every time I visit!

The staff all wore masks, floors clearly marked to show you where to stand to be 6 feet apart. Drink was out quickly and just as I ordered. Pumpkin cheesecake muffin was delicious ♡♡ Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great staff!! My husband spilled his coffee as soon as he got it. They not only helped us clean it up but gave him another one for FREE and upsized from a Grande to a Venti!!! Thank you!!!
