Had a passport renewal done here. Absolutely the most pleasant and efficient staff here of any USPS I've been to. Make sure to read the email before your appointment carefully to make sure you've filled out and brought everything prior and you'll be out before your official appointment time!

The passport process was very easy and quick! Took about 15 minutes total to include them taking a passport photo, reviewing and signing the passport application, copying my birth certificate/2 forms of ID, filling out a lost passport form, making a debit card payment, and packaging it all up! My postal clerk was very kind (I think her name was Magda? - clerk 12) and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I wish all post office experiences were like this!

The location of the actual post office took me a second to find once I found the parking lot (it is on the second floor). It’s actually quite small and there are only two desks available so if lines get long, then it could be a little bit of a wait. But even so, they do make passport appointments, which is what I did. I showed up about 30 minutes early since I didn’t know what to expect but the clerk went ahead and took care of me.

So, all around... I would highly recommend this post office for passports. Just make sure to make an appointment because I don’t think they take walk-ins anymore. Also.. make sure to have all your documents and forms of ID ready, your form of payment on hand, and you’ll have a quick and easy experience!

Magda was extremely helpful with my passport application. There was an issue with my birth certificate, but she was able to squeeze me in between appointments the same day after a trip to the city registrar's office.
Excellent customer service. I wish this was my local post office.

I have never experienced such professional and courteous service at another USPS. They go out of their way to be helpful and treat you like family. I actually look forward to seeing them. Have lived here 25+ years. Super nice and personable staff. Thank you!

I would call first and ask where the parking is located in the structure below. I had a hard time finding it and I ended up parking at Pavilions market.

Surprised by the negative reviews. The ppl seem nice and friendly. The issues ppl face are likely due to big government as a whole being inefficient.

Great everyone should use usps

As post office go this one is a pretty nice one. Absolutely no line. Service was fast and friendly. Easy Street parking.

These people are really nice however I find that some of my mail never gets delivered and often I find other people's mail in my box. We have one postal delivery person who is excellent but if she is not on then the mail delivery is pretty erratic----getting other people's mail and not getting your own mail. I guess I had higher hopes for our postal service ..........

well this week I received the entire mail of a neighbor----that family's bills, bank notices---8 pieces of mail-----I will walk it to their home up the road since I do not trust the post office to get it to them again

I had my mail forwarded for a month from my P.O. Box . Rather than forwarding my mail, they blocked off my box and sent everything back to the senders without telling me. This happened with two separate forwards. They sent all my mail back til it was time to renew the box and then tried to charge me to renew.
Today, we had four appointments to get passports. When we showed up, no passport agent was there for our appointments. They made no effort to remedy the situation, no apology, nothing. Just “oh well, make another appointment”. Somehow, this post office is consistently incompetent. I keep thinking it will get better, but it never does.
